Hot water dispenser was broken (for making tea); lime-green walls, no Gidean's Bible in drawers, loud barking in the hallway, loud talking in neighboring rooms and loud music in room next door after 10 pm.

Our rooms (we booked two) were not properly cleaned, so we had to change rooms. Surfaces not wiped down, ie refrigerator glass shelf & bathroom counter sinks, tv console, stains on sheets, hairs in tub, hairs under our covers, food/debris throughout the floors in rooms, loads of pet hair right outside our families room in the hall. We had to change rooms multiple times, and so did our other family members. Second room was the charm for us, since they changed the sheets in front of us. Third room for our other family. We could not book another room anywhere else for that week at that point, that wasn't 3 times our budget because it was Christmas. While we appreciate their efforts to fix those issues for us by finally giving us 2 properly cleaned rooms, we will never stay here again. "You never get a second chance to make a first impression!"

Room decor and location were! Smells clean. However, their cleaning crew, while very friendly, is super lackadaisical.

Room had a slightly icky smell. Like rotten eggs. Swimming pool was closed for season but nothing was mentioned about that online. No healthy options for breakfast, not even oatmeal.

The ice machine had black particles coming out into the ice. And the juice machine needs cleaning also. It's the part where the extra juice drips or gets poured in. It looked disgusting like it hadn't never been cleaned at all.

At check in I (I am hearing impaired) had a little trouble understanding the young man who checked me in. I know this is not his problem completely. It would be better if the staff would communicate in sentences rather than just one word questions. "ID?" "Car?" Other than that is was a good hotel. We did not eat breakfast as we slept in.

The location was good for where we were going. We really liked that there was a restaurant next door and gas station across the street. The room was clean and seemed to have been recently upgraded. No carpet on the floors and a really nice tiled bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Day 1 they must have cut grass and a lot of it ended up in the pool. Use a grass catcher. Day 2 staff cleaned the grass out of the pool but they had no towels out. Check out day the elevator didn’t work. No note posted on elevator. We stayed 3 nights so we had a cooler etc and had to haul it down 3 flights of steps. Ok if your 20 not for two 60 year old women. Beds are very soft and we like it firm but we slept ok.

Clean, quite, parking and location was what we wanted. We felt safe there. Seems like hotels always have the worse TV service and there wasn’t great but at least this one had a guide so you could find a few channels to watch.

Breakfast had great options, but by 8:30 a lot of it was gone. The shower curtain had shave cream and whiskers on it from the previous people.

TV didn’t work because it was raining. That is a terrible excuse. One of the ladies working the breakfast was rather rude. You had run out of eggs, she got very rude.
