Nothing to critique

Ok now I am gonna struggle here because I actually don’t have much in the way of criticism!! And as we know I look for the negatives in order to give folks an honest and fair picture. Check in, we was greeted by a lovely lady (I can’t recall her name but she had a couple of small face tatts) she was wonderful, really helpful, chirpy, just a genuine pleasure. They checked us in early which we was really grateful for as we only had a one night stay for a Disney party. We was in floor 11, had great views, coffee maker, microwave….just everything you’d want really! The bed was really comfy! Just about perfect for me and the wife loved it too. There’s complimentary coffee/tea 24hrs and you can get “kickbacks” between 5.30-7pm I think it was (we couldn’t take advantage sadly) breakfast wasn’t the greatest thing I’ve ever seen but as it’s included I must say I was really happy! Sausage, eggs etc…I’d have liked bacon but I assume they might alternate it in another morning? So let’s ask the easiest questions….bed? 10/10 say no more! Shower?-10/10 everything you need included. Breakfast? As it’s included i can’t fault it really, having a breakfast in these Florida holidays is HUGE it’s a day changer and saves you a fortune! Would u stay again? I will be booking November/december 26 without any doubt!

My view of the parking lot, but I didn't pay to have a view so that doesn't really count. Honestly, everything during my stay was great.

This stay was in a King room with a terrace. I have stayed in many hotels in and around the Central Florida area and I can tell you that this is the absolute best of them all. All of the amenities that are included with your stay, the friendliest staff, quick resolution to any issues should they arise, and by far the cleanest and one of the most secure. The location is great as well. I think one of the best features of this hotel is that the rooms are virtually soundproof.

The window was a bit thin so could hear the pool at night. But it stopped at a reasonable time. Really not a dealbreaker!!

We booked this hotel for a short two night stay before heading to our Disney hotel. It really exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, the lobby and areas were clean and modern. The breakfast was great and kick back with drinks is an excellent perk. The pool area was nicer than I thought it would be and we also had a spectacular view of the fireworks from our balcony. The staff were brilliant too, so friendly and helpful. There’s also a free shuttle to the parks. I’d absolutely consider this hotel again for a longer stay, highly recommend.

The absence of separation in the bar area from children. We were trying to watch a football game and there were families with screaming children in there...even at the bar itself..which should not be legal... and right behind us. It was very frustrating. Many many toddlers and small kids in the hot tubs. Some definitely unattended. It is dangerous and for that long. The spa sign faces the wrong direction for the rules to be visible. We look forward to relax in the hot tub for adult relaxation. There is the entire pool and splash pad and the parents are not considerate of rules. No one at the property is enforcing the rules.

Breakfast was amazing. Dinner was ok. The service was fantastic. Very organized and positive attitudes.

We loved our stay here! The staff was super nice, the rooms were clean and you have everything you need on site. The breakfast buffet has endless options, too! We loved it here.

We stayed and went to Disney, the bus system is unreliable and the times are so weird. We loved this resort but we just didn’t love the transportation issues.

The property was awesome. There were a ton of great extras like the breakfast and kick back and the staff was great. The rooms were so so clean and the room service freshened our towels and sheets daily.

The bed was uncomfortable and felt stiff. Also there was as a change in policy that to ride the shuttles you needed to show your room key card. Well, we didn't have room key card yet because our room wasn't available due to being an early check in. We went to Epcot and ran into this problem because no one at the front desk informed us of the change. The driver was accommodating and worked with us to get us back to the hotel.

The hotel location was excellent and shuttles were great. The breakfast is fabulous with many choices and fresh fruit. The evening cocktail hour (I forgot what's called by Drury) is quite nice along with available appetizers are tasty.

Location breakfast and kick back were great money savers and the shuttle bus meant we didn’t need a car for our trip.

We took the terrace room hoping to have some view of the lake and/or fireworks in the parks. Unfortunately our room was overlooking the parking lot from the 3rd floor, which was pretty disappointing.

Nearly everything was great, the staff were fantastic! Overall good value for money.

Drury hotel is a happy place thats what I felt when I arrived. The place is accessible in all the place we want to go and very good hotel to stay. We are very satisfied and so very proud thatwe choose the right hotel to stay with,its safe and secured. We are like Princess for 5 days of stay there. Big thaks Drury hotel. Love it... I like the bus service, which takes guests to all disney parks daily, I liked the free evening buffet meals for guests grab as you can, i liked the complimentary breakfast filled with lots of options and the hotel was super clean with welcoming staff, daily housekeeping and very clean warm swimming pool. I will definitely stay there anytime I visit Orlando.

I went to the gym twice on different days and found the same fluff on the floor. Should sweep and mop that area daily.

Very convenient to have the early access to the parks. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast and snacks/dinner help so much.
