Unfortunately our room was right above the front door and you can hear (and feel) the door squeak and slam all night. We asked if there was another room available but unfortunately not. We were moved to Sonder (platt st) which was very lovely too. The staff were amazing through this process though and made it seamless so thank you!!

Great location. Enough out of the way to be away from central madness but has Chambers St very close by with great subway options. Room very very clean and bed was super comfy. Shower was an amazing waterfall shower. Perfect after a long day walking. Little cupboard with essentials downstairs for if you need anything.

This is strange, but MORE TOWEL RACKS. One tiny rack in a room for 4 people didn’t work. The room was very clean, but the corners of the bathroom could have used a little more work.

Bathroom didn't feel so inviting, and the room not quite as spacious as expected for 4 but perfectly adequate. Would have liked a kettle as the coffee machine didn't appear to work for us. I couldn't find normal TV channels although we could access firestick apps.

The location is excellent, very close to subway stations ideal to travel in all directions. The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Can't fault this hotel, especially for the good price we paid for Christmas week. Beds were super comfy and also a fridge, which we didn't see in the description.

A room clean would be better to offer as a regular feature of a guest’s stay rather than at request.

The staff were welcoming. The location was good if you prefer Downtown to Midtown with easy access to Chinatown, Soho etc. Our room was a great size and much bigger than you might expect in another hotel at this price.

We had unfortunately ants in our apartment. They cleaned our room couple of times during the stay but usually they don’t - which I normally would not accept - no empty bins etc. Windows cannot be opened - only air conditioning. Simple room for 2.000$ for 2 people for 7 nights way to expensive- no breakfast or other extras

The room was very well equipped and really comfortable. The hotel is super clean and very modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathrooms could’ve been cleaner. The tile was in bad shape/ not very clean and the drains were very slow. Also vessels skinks were wobbly and not attached well. Pillows weren’t comfortable at all.

Super helpful and friendly staff. Great lobby area amenities before checkin. Lockers were super handy.

The only tiny thing would be more wardrobe / closet space but not much else!

We had such a lovely stay here for our anniversary! They even put balloons in our room to mark the occasion which was really thoughtful and a lovely surprise to arrive to. The room was much bigger than we expected with a big comfy bed, sofa and a big bathroom with a great powerful shower to wash the day off. Super easy access to the subway & within walking distance of most tourist sites, as well as many places to eat & drink. Staff were really kind and there was also lockers to leave suitcases if you have a late checkout. Would come back!

No full length mirror in room. Had difficulty with code pad to enter late one evening, wouldn’t take code. Another guest also had trouble, his finally worked.

Brilliant location, Tribeca has a great feel to it and handy to get to all the main spots. Very comfortable bed and free fresh coffee in the mornings.

If you wanted your room cleaned, you needed to pay 80$ extra (maybe that’s an American thing, in Europe your room is cleaned every day).

The hotel was nicely located. The room was small but clean. The lobby was great with free water and coffee for guests.

The rooms are MUCH smaller than pictured. You can barely shimmy around the bed. They are however functional if you plan to be out all day like us. A shower head would have also been welcome as well as different pillows and a blanket - the air con was broken and set to cold on a night where it was -15 degrees so we got no sleep that night, despite staff doing their best for us.

The front desk was always super helpful, can take in parcels and help with anything. Having clean towels delivered was fab.

I think that the cleaning service could be improved. I cannot say that my room was dirty but it s the second I find a lot of hair in the toilet, as if the cleaning process was not that effective. Apart from that, all great.

2nd time I am staying here. The Staff at this hotel is simply GREAT ! Polite, kind, respectful and helpful. I love Tribeca so, for me, this location is great.
