We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI was told there were no smoking rooms but the room I stayed in defiantly smelled like someone had smoked there before my stay. The bathroom sink was broken, and the furniture was burnt and beat up. I had to give a $100 deposit, and this hotel room is honestly not worth a deposit it is seriously very low quality and when I say this hotel was empty I was most likely the only person staying there. I feel like for the quality and location that it is ridiculous to charge any extra hidden fees. I did not have any issues with the staff but I would not recommend this location due to the price and room.
I like that the bus station is located right across the street so if you are looking for somewhere cheap that is near the bus station and train, I would recommend this location.

U.S. Virgin IslandsThey wouldn't let my son into his room because he is 20, not 21 and they have an unpublished policy of not allowing anyone under 21 travelling alone into the hotel. They were extremely rude about it and said he could sleep in the street rather than in the room I had paid for. He is an engineering student who was travelling from overseas not a local hooligan; he doesn't know anyone in Atlanta and they refused to help. Heartless and cruel! I don't understand how it can be legal to turn a young person out onto the street all alone rather than allow them to sleep in the room that was already paid for. I will never book an overnight connection to Atlanta in the future if I can avoid it. This did not happen to him in New York.

If necessary a separate section for the indigent population affording them additional attention to their needs and habits. No complaints of any one treatment. The cleaning and maintenance staff were very helpful and hardworking. What was lacking was a serious effort at a basic program to refresh and repair the many worn and torn areas and perhaps paying attention to urine festering on the walkway or a torn up flooring to the elevator. Cleanliness was not a housekeeping problem. They were actually quite satisfactory. The problem was with the condition of the floors, walls, crevices, walkways, elevator, etc. The pool had residue on the bottom despite shining blue. The main office person was very helpful in moving us to a walk-in shower from our original room. The afternoon attendant receiving us was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Seems like the hotel has become a home for the indigent which is fine, but without receiving the quality deserving from a professional establishment. The pictures do not represent the hotel in any way once you are close up to see the dirt, mold, cockcroaches and the bugbed bites you encounter once you are there.
