The bellboys weren't polite / friendly (despite a really nice tip) and they weren't very gentle with the loggage. Except for the long tall guy at the street entrance - he was LOVELY! I would hire him if I could.

I didn’t like that the “city view” was underwhelming although they feature it as an amenity.

I loved how clean and accommodating this location was. Staff is friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We requested a microwave in our room for our leftovers and they brought one right up! The location was ideal for us and the shopping in the area was excellent. Lastly, the restaurant they have in the hotel was delicious, although a little overpriced (but that could be bc I’m used to TX prices lol)

I would like to suggest that when clients have to check out long before breakfast time, that a contingency plan with proper food is available. We paid for breakfast for 3 mornings and only able to enjoy 2 because on the last day, we had to check out early because our flight was early. We were able to get some pastries and coffee and two bananas from the Barista station but that is not a proper, healthy breakfast - specially not for children. We did not consume the pastries until we had a proper breakfast at the airport which was a duplicate cost. Perhaps, for clients who have to miss breakfast, room service can put together some sandwiches, juice, yoghurt and fruit which can then be packed into a brown paper bag or box for easy transportation?

This hotel was a complete surprise! We did not expect it to be so wonderful! The rooms are so modern and well equipped! We simply loved that everything is touch screen. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine and the Water filter machine. We are so glad that we decided to book a rate that included breakfast! Breakfast was delicious! The staff were all excellent.

There were a few cleanliness issues. Dental floss from previous occupants on the door glasses appeared to have been washed with shampoo bubbled and tasted funny

It was a bit hard to figure out subways the first day.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this location. We will certainly be back. It is a gorgeous property and quite comfortable. We want to buy the bed!

I guess I wasn’t the hugest fan of the bar but considering it was new years it makes sense it would be packed. This isn’t something that would stop me from staying again.

Property is gorgeous. Nice views and very comfortable. Pricey but convenient.
