The TV wasn't working in the room so they gave us another room the 2nd room toilet wasn't flushing properly . While in the room someone repeatedly knocked on my door but didn't say anything I called front desk she implied that the unknown person was my guest she was very rude

Maybe the sheets are a bit of a drawback but still ok.

Bathroom was clean. Most of the towels were super clean. Breakfast was included. Pretty quiet considering property is near the airport. Staff was friendly.

On Booking it states that the property offers free breakfast but this is not so. So that part was a bit misleading and I think it needs to be taken off as advertisement as this information is false.

Room did not have any lamps by the bed or floor lamp. Only overhead flood and ceiling lights around the entire wall area.

Is more like a motel and location not ideal for the international airport but better for the domestic airport.

Our 83 year old mother went to take a shower and held onto the handicap bar which came separated from the wall and she almost lost her balance. It could have been fatal. We contacted the front desk and all they said was ok. No apologies, no one came to fix or check out the situation. Upon check out I mentioned it again in hopes that they get it repaired before having anyone else stay in that room. I also, upon our early arrival, we asked if we can have an early check in and was told if the rooms were clean we would have to pay a $50 fee. And the wouldn't allow us to sit in their lobby. I am also disabled and went in to speak to them but my nephew had already done so. We were able to get to our rooms with no extra cost, this was a little frustrating.

The room was clean and spacious and I loved the lighting.

Better if you can provide an electric kettle rather than a coffee machine. It would be better if the room and the bathroom were well cleaned. Please provide tea bags, milk and sugar for tea

Breakfast was just prepared sugary snacks and you shared bread and milk with everyone. There was a weird stale smell in the rooms.

Definitely worth it, pretty nice rooms and convenient location. We were a group of 7 men, we stayed for one night and it did the job for us. Inexpensive price and pleasantly clean room.

Very little shower pressure. Tv didn’t work very well. Sometimes the picture wouldn’t come on at all. And the toilet continually ran. You had to turn the valve to get it to stop every time.

Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked great. And close to airport!

advertised on booking that they have a pool but it is covered in dirt and advertised there was shuttle to the airport and there is not and front desk is of no help, I was being dropped off by my family and I guess the front desk lady thought different and was rude and repeatedly kept saying no pets and no body else and I’m sorry if I want my family to rest and visit before they go and we don’t see each other again for a long time I’m gonna bring them to my room, we had no dogs but she went as far as to say no guests. I get no one can sleep in the room but myself but I don’t get why they can’t possibly rest for 30 minutes before making another 2 hour drive?? I loved the room, would stay again tho, not a dealbreaker as the rooms make up for the judgement I have never been to this town before and the few times I get to travel I really do depend on workers at airports, hotels,etc. to give me information about there town, I always did it at the Lodge I worked front desk at and if I didn’t have the knowledge I looked it up for them, I do the same today for the store I work at. the bathrooms have a great new look, spacious room with a good variety of tv channels, the price was great for the room quality I would stay again very close to the airport

Could not get into room without ID even though I had credit card it was booked on. Waited 2 hours to get keys and wallet locked in car before entering room.

Close to rental car return. Desk was open late night. There is a 24 hour restaurant out front.
