Love the location! how ever the property was not clean I had to switch rooms. The hotel could definitely use some upgrades. however the guy at the front desk had the best customer service ever!

Absolutely nothing we were so tired that we stayed in fortunately.

Dirty said walk, the room it wasn't clean at all. Noisy, the first floor seems it would came down on us when people walked. Expensive not well located. Booking should review this Motel on your app, it's really bad.The pillows were used not clean.

The first room was dirty in the restroom, but at least they got us a different room. It didn't look very good. It wasn't very big, the glass windows were cheap, made it vulnerable to breaking and entering. The location wasn't overly great.

The room looked clean but it had a strong cigarette smell and we had to sit it out. The pillows also had an odd smell and we bought our own since we where going to stay there for a couple of days.

The property was in a good location near many attractions, stores, and gas stations.

The rooms were considerably dirty and dusty, made me regret not bringing slippers. Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. They gave us four key-cards but only one of them actually worked. The furniture in the room was flimsy and worn, the beds are a little small when sharing. Staff was hard to get a hold of.

The property was close to many areas of interest and good restaurants. The shower pressure was nice.

We rent a non-smoking room for $150 one night. The blankets were dirty and burned by cigarettes. My wife and I went to the ross store to buy new blankets (in the last photo you can see the new blankets) Also, one lamp was broken and the other one did not turn on. We slept very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this “Hotel”.

I didn’t like that the door was difficult to get into especially at night. Luckily I was with a my guy friend. I was worried about the large window since this place looked like someone could break into it. I was pretty upset that there was no trashcan in the room and on too of that they charge for a cleaning fee. That is rigged already. There were a lot of amenities mentioned on booking.com about the room that weren’t there in person! For example there was suppose to be a coffee/hot water machine, and a flat screen tv. I had planned on plugging my computer into the tv provided but they had balanced the box top of the tv and the output/input system was too close to the wall to plug anything into. I had only reserved one night here which I could only bare now that I think about it. The two wifi channels weren’t strong. I ended up using my data most of the trip. When I did use the wifi I found it easier to login one device at a time as to not kick myself offline. My roommates bed was bowing and needed replacing. The shower water in the morning was not freeze but it never got hot. There is a possibility the faucets got switched and so hot was cold and cold was hot. The towels looked reused, which I believe in recycling, but there was a strand of hair I found so I didn’t want to risk it. The window screen was damaged over the air conditioner and there was no screen on the window in the bathroom. I booked the room without smoking but still caught wind of my neighbors who were smoking. I complained all if this over the phone to the staff at check out and was informed I would get a call back from the manager. I never received a callback and still ended up getting charged the full $289 to stay one night and two days here. I read the reviews a bit too late before coming here but I did call the place and mentioned about the reviews I read. I liked that the staff was kind enough to understand my concerns of their reviews and inform me I was placed in their newly renovated room. He also answered almost all of my questions when I had checked in to make my stay more accommodating.

The hotel room was dirty, no towels or commodities such as cups. The type of guests staying made the place unsafe to stay, especially those with families.

One thing I did like was concierge was pretty friendly.

It's kind of a dump. It's not dirty, but it's not all that clean either. I kept my shoes on in the room. I've paid less to stay in nicer places, so I can't really recommend it. I arrived between 7:30-8pm and nobody was at the check-in office; had to call a phone number on the outside door and leave a message but couldn't because the voicemail was full. Someone showed up a few minutes later in pajamas to check me in. Checked into my room; there was a single bath towel, nothing else. Other guests were loud and obnoxious outside in the parking lot until late at night. The rooms are not as nice as the ones shown on the profile. I don't know if they are still renovating or what. But the lobby needs a makeover. It's not inviting at all. And the customer service is lacking.
