Construction. It was everywhere. The hotel was undergoing a remodel that had the lobby and breakfast area stacked with materials and the associated dust and dirt that came along with the remodel. There appeared to be an ongoing construction project across the street that resulted in potholes and broken pavement that made it difficult to access the hotel.
Staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to provide me with information specific to my needs.

By 2nd night, pop up stopper in sink wasn't raising high enough, wouldn't drain. No way to pull it up. Frig had no freezer area so couldn't refreeze ice pks I had in coolers. Not much room to put anything. No coffeepot in room. Coffee in lobby sat all day. Towels thin, scratchy. KEY CARD wasn't wkg right. Had to keep having it reset. Very diff to unload/ load car, get in room or use side entrance. Said had new system installed, but not all keys wkg. Corp needs to step in and take care of this. Road in front of hotel COMPLETELY torn up w/ some type of construction. Had to go thru convenient store lot to get in/ out.
LIKES: Great location. Beds very comfy. Nicely made up. Hvac wkd well. Staff pleasant, friendly even when you had a problem.

Doors are old and outdated. shampoo and conditioner is cheap and kinda odd. It’s in shareable containers hooked to the wall. No telling what’s in them. no breakfast but for cheap room I didn’t expect much. Parking lot is absolutely horrible though. Pot holes and didn’t feel safe, but thankfully we had no issues.
The shower had good water pressure and the counters were pretty. Staff seemed nice and room was easy to locate and clean enough. Price was budget friendly as well. Good for a one night stay during a long trip. Beds were tolerable and hotel was quiet.

The desk clerk was courteous but not super friendly. I wasn't given the wifi login til I went and asked for it. There was no password, so I don't know how secure their network was.
Very reasonable price. Room was comfortable. The bathroom was like a closet, but other than that, the room was fine. I really appreciate them being pet friendly (no charge) because I was traveling with my search and rescue dog from a training seminar. There was also adequate place to potty my dog. These days pet friendly can mean many different things and include extra charges. So I a m happy a friend recommended this place. I would recommend this place to travelers with pets.

No breakfast. The guy parked outside smoking a blunt had his bass turned up too loud and kept me up for an extra 20-30 minutes while he smoked.
Fairly freshly remodeled rooms. Front desk staff was nice. Cheap, convenient to things in the area. Normally a quiet place to stay.

Bathroom door was broken. I did tell the management so hopefully they fixed the issue for the next guests. No parking for a trailer unless it has the footprint of a car, and you can disconnect it and park it in a regular parking space.
Nicely redecorated and very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for the money. No charge for the first dog.

Pillows were bad. Lousy toilet paper. Very small bathroom. Towels were way too small and thin to dry with. Just the minimum amount of towels provided. Parking area access full of potholes. Location was not the best area.
Spacious room. Like the desk. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have dispensers in the room. Great to have a good A/C unit, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Also nice to have a chair and dresser. Love the maid service.
