    Had to get batteries replaced in t.v. remote to get it to work. Fixings for in-room coffee were not there, only a huge pile of sugars. Shower curtain needs to be replaced to prevent water from spilling out during shower.(and hitting adjacent wall). Again, could be a really cute first-class place if it was kept up better.

    Somewhat neglected, nice room. With a little effort, it could be a really cute place. Water was hot. Great, quiet location.

    The breakfast was a joak. The room smelled like a smoker. There were ants. Dust in odd places. Overall the room seemed clean. Was acceptable for the price, however I would not stay there agin unless nessesary.

    There was parking on the second floor.

    No large towels in bathroom. Just two small towels and two medium towels. I told worker in am he said. Waiting till 9 am. So. We left to SF city We comeback they put two large towels. In room. Too late. They sucks

    There was no breakfast which was one of the things I booked this hotel for and the blow dryer did not work. The hotel was somewhat run down. Would have liked a heavier bedspread or quilt.

    The hotel was closed when we came extremely late at 2:00am because of flight delays but there was a bell and a phone number and they came to get us our room. Also bed was comfortable.

    As of April 9, 2022, the location DOES NOT serve breakfast although you can "book" a room with breakfast. The "lobby" is also closed and you have to ring a staff member who may or may not respond. We also had trouble finding a parking spot; so either they don't have enough or don't enforce customer-only parking.

    The place is close to the airport - that's it.

    DO NOT GO HERE. About the inn by the sfo, we arrived during the night and had notified the hotel of the time of our arrival. Upon arriving, no staff is to be seen. We had to bang on the reception window enough times (about 40 minutes) to get the attention of the employee. Who then said he could not hear us, and pointed to a post-it note saying the hotel was fully booked. We then had to try to argue with him to get the last available room in the hotel, provided of course we pay a lot more for it. So now, it’s almost 3 in the morning and we’re 20 minutes into a phone call with the booking help line. The employee than cut our phone call short, and we had to try again. At 3:40, finally in touch with the booking helpline, they allowed us to go into the room without having to pay a surcharge, but without having apologized once. The room smelled like something hadn’t quite dried, and the « breakfast » was a couple of packaged cookies. We definitely do not recommend going there, especially as the hotel next to this one said it was not the first time something like this had happened. And by the way, we were not compensated or reimbursed.

    DO NOT EVER BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!! Tragedy nobody should book this hotel. Our plane landed at 23:30 and we have informed the hotel that we will arrive at 24:30 and when we came the reception was closed and the receptionist was either sleeping or not present and the hotel was closed. nobody answered the phone and we were knocking on a doors and ringing the bell for more than 30 minutes. We had to go walking through a terrible neighbourhood and looking for a place to sleep. all the hotels were fully booked but fortunately a very nice guy in a nearby hotel found a room for us and he told us that he had the same situation as ours a day before with a different customer from this hotel. We were charged for a room and didn’t even hear a singe word sorry for this situation and the worst thing is that after explaining this situation to booking on a next day we didn’t get any help from them too and no refund. also booking is still offering this hotel even though customers have such situations and are being treated like this by the hotel. this is unbeliavable that such kind of situations happen and also that booking is not taking care of it!!!! DO NOT EVER BOOK A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!

    Everything else! The room was dirty. Carpet was stained and disgusting. I wouldnt dare walk on them without shoes on. Walls were filthy and the shower backed up into the tub and didnt drain. So you were standing in water while trying to shower. The comforter had stains.

    The location was easy to find and access to freeway was good.

    The room was dirty and the only coffee we had was decaf. The towels in the bathroom were used. When I asked for regular coffee from the manager, they said they would get back to me but never did. There was also loud banging on a door right outside our room late at night.

    The location was very near the airport and one of the cheapest hotels nearby with an okay rating.

    Dirty condition of the room

    The most dirty hotel I've ever been too. Stains on the bed, head board that has not been dusted in a long time, dirt on the floor, dirty bathroom door, table full of dist by the microwave.

    carpet in the room was soaking wet, damp smell, towels were used and have some hairs in it. I payed for breakfast and no breakfast was provided. staff was not helpful at all.

    Dust on surfaces and hair follicles on porcelain, hair ties from previous tenants on couch showing clear signs or poor cleaning. No breakfast available with closed lobby. If Covid is the excuse it’s been 2 years to update the advertising of “free breakfast on Booking. No Servicing of room between 2 days of visit. Housekeeping entering room at 9:08am checkout day while I’m in the shower.

    Location to where I needed to be was great.

    The Hotel was okay not enough towels for the price you would expect little bit more the towels we had in the room looked like they where not clean they had so many stains . The location was not bad I feel like the rooms could of been more cleaner.

    Room looks so filthy, shower tub water takes forever to go down. Bathroom was clogged. Towels where old seems like never been changed 🤮

    They didn’t have a daily cleaning person for the room each day I spent there. I had to sleep in the same sheets and use the same towels. if they want return customers, they need to address those issues.

    The staff was not always present at the reception. also the breakfast was not a breakfast but more like a kind of « snack »

    The location was very great and easy to go to SF downtown. The bed was very comfortable and room was very big
