There wasn't really anything bad. The hot tub was out, but that's because they are replacing it. We encountered some loud guests above us, but the front desk very kindly took care of that. But be aware that if you have kids and are on a top floor and they start running back and forth obnoxiously, it will sound like bombs to the people below you. HAVE RESPECT! Especially when you let them start before 7..

I loved everything. The room was beautiful and so clean, great quality toiletries, nice big towels and a microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The views were spectacular, (back of hotel) and the coolest thing was the coffee area, where they had syrups and many different creamer flavors. Saved us from having to go to a coffee shop.

The pool was closed for service and no notice about it, also half the rooms were closed because of repairs again not mentioned when I booked. No water views for a king bedroom either.

Under construction and the hotel rooms we walked past were tore up. Lots of Sheetrock dust piled in corners. Couldn’t use pool as it was full of kids. No biggie just the timing.

We were on bottom floor and at end of hall. Good thing too as there was a kids wrestling convention in town and the hotel was full of running screaming kids.

Hard to find numbers for suite at night.

Staff was very accommodating. Brought us a extra cot which was helpful. Kids enjoyed in house pool. Shower was wonderful. Moring coffee bar was a wonderful bonus.

Our room was recently remodeled and was surprisingly quiet while the other rooms were being worked on. We enjoyed our view of the water ‘canal” with wildlife. Easy location and walk 30 seconds to groceries.

The hotel looks a bit scary from the outside, but inside they have good and renovated bedrooms.

They don't have breakfast but they have coffee, tea and cocoa available all the time. Multiple choices of team and milk. The room was comfortable and renovated. Good bed and tv. Good service from front desk.

The walls were a little thin, if we had had noisy people next to us, would have been a problem. All was quiet. tired travelers

Staff extremely helpful and kind. We had just come from Portland that morning. Our car window had been smashed out and something taken, so we were a bit shaken and upset. Staff let us park our car right in front of reception. They kept an eye on it and it was were their cameras pointed to the car

Booking.com misrepresented the facility and the rate. There is NO breakfast and the Booking.com rate was nonrefundable and MORE than their rate. I feel like Booking.com did us wrong. Also, a problem with our room would have resulted in a $50 room credit but since we used Booking.com, we likely won't see it. Liked Edgewater; dislimki.g Booking.com.

My complaint is with Booking.com! The rate charged was MORE than their rate AND when we.ran into an issue they offered a credit but it doesn't look like Booking.com will.pass it.on. I may rethink using Booking.com. Edgewater DOES NOT serve breakfast. Bookimg.com got it wrong.

The design issues I saw were, the sink had no real counter space around it to put your toiletries, even though the adjoining bathroom is quiet roomy. The toilet in my room rocked forward when sat upon. There were no instructions for using the tv, which had two remotes? The curtain was not big enough to close completely, letting light in and space to see into the room.

The newly remodeled rooms are nice, clean, and comfortable. Location is in a prime location and close to a lot of amenities. Although they are still under construction, they are doing a good job to make sure my stay was good. The staff here are always friendly, a pleasant place to stay.
