Sharing the parking with that club across the street was a real bummer for us. We liked everything about the hotel except when we got there late and had to park far because the night club have priority parking up front…

Bathroom smelled like number 2 which seeped through whole room. Neither one of the tv remotes worked properly, could only turn on, select stations in one direction and volume control. None of the other features worked, kept getting error or channel not avail. Very frustrating

The room didn’t smell good, it smelled musty. I had to go buy air fresheners for the room because I couldn’t stand the smell. Everything was excellent after that.

Our room was very hot all the time & when we put on AC it didn’t help also the fan was too loud when we had it on! We did get a fan from front desk which helped! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

The rooms were not clean, floor dirty, bed sheets did not seem changed. We booked the suite and the sofa/bed seemed very outdated. This hotel needs better pillows, too soft.

The breakfast options, having made to order omelets was the best! My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool! Also COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS during "happy hour" was what the adults enjoyed!

The only issue was a drain smell in the bathroom, it was very unpleasant.

You walk in the room and smell of old carpet, the walls were dirty. Nor detail clean and the mini fridge was not cold at all. Couple of the staff were not too nice. It’s not horrible, my experience was a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast was really good. Bed was comfortable, glad I was able to sleep with the windows open because it was a bit warm.

Dire need of renovations. Staff was confused when the breakfast hours were. They told us it was on a hour longer than it was so we ended up missing the breakfast. Which was one of the reasons we stayed there.

$20 a night to park at the hotel.. so lame! They had plenty parking.. just greedy.

When we first went int our room, we noticed a horrible smell. We tried to turn on the TV and realized it wouldn't turn on as the batteries were dead. We then tried to use the safe and it was dead too. After about half an hour the smell was something we couldn't tolerate. How this could pass housekeeping was unreal. I then requested another room which they gave me, no issue. Once in this room, no smell tv worked but safe also did not and they had to send someone to fix it. Being a Hilton hotel I had higher expectations. Carpet was worn and looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while.

The breakfast was hot and buffet style and was fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very spacious with the bed being in a separate area. We were able to check in early, which was fabulous and so appreciated.

 The thing that I did not like was the fact that I had to call twice to the front desk because our air conditioning was not working. The room was super stuffy so I had to call downstairs twice. The maintenance man had to come out twice.

I like that this staff was super helpful Emmanuel was so informative answered all the questions I had.  it was super clean great breakfast overall it was just a good hotel.

Much of the provided soaps were empty. We requested no down bedding in advance, as wife is allergic, but request was ignored until check-in. Online, it's said this hotel is 4.4 miles from Disneyland. Perhaps if you're flying a helicopter. It's closer to 7.

good breakfast included nice staff and trying to help (especially Mr. Mohammad) loopy was nice and refurbished and nice swimming pool location nearby Disney Land big parking lot (additional fee)

What I didn't like was the price. It is extremely over priced for what it is. Our room was not as clean as it should have been. The carpets are very old and could use a wash. The closet was extremely smelly (assuming it's because of how humid it is in there). We did not get extra bedding or pillows for the sofa bed(luckily we drove and our kids had their pillows and blankets). The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and the couch is old and could use an upgrade.

Breakfast was ok, could use a few more options for kids. The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. We loved how we could take a walk around the hotel as it is quite big. Definitely enjoyed the indoor pool (it was our favorite part), we were there every night of our stay. I must say, if you don't want your room to be humid (ours was extremely humid although we had the window open and Ac running) I'd recommend you keep you front door open, we did and it was so nice because we still had so much privacy as other guests were respectful of it.

The only thing I didn’t like is that it shared a parking lot with a night club. It there was security out there so I felt better about leaving the truck.

The room was nice and big. The free Breakfast was good and everyone loved free alcohol in the afternoon.
