We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesMy bed wasn't made properly. I had to wait a day before they brought a mattress pad. The shower wasn't clean. Long piece of hair in tub which wasn't mine, wrong color. I don't feel the room was cleaned to your standards just looking around it. You don't have bellmen for luggage. I really didn't enjoy loading my own luggage. Seems booking.com advertised one price and I was charged more. Everyone was nice and polite. Don't think I'll return

United StatesWell, my first room was ready and I was stilled issued a key. We had to get another room. There was drywall patching that had not been painted in the bedroom by the headboard. I would Never expect that from an Embassy they are always well keep. But the other issue,which is a HUGE problem, is when my son and I were getting ready for bed and another guest walked into our room. They had been issued a key and assigned to the same room. The front desk did call and apologize but I can’t say that I was completely comfortable after that incident. It definitely has me feeling uncomfortable for future visits.
The structure and location was perfect. I love the Ruth’s Chris that was available after my late check in. The bed was really comfortable and the water pressure was amazingly high for the age of the property. Yolanda and the night staff were so friendly and supportive.

United StatesThe rooms are a little outdated and needs to undergo a deep cleaning. The parking space is limited, walking on the eighth floor to our room felt a little unsteady. While we were walking, we felt parts of the floor sunken in. Also, it started pouring rain while we were checking out and the roof had a major leak. The staff had to bring garbage cans inside to collect the rain fall coming all the way from the ceiling down through the lobby. The hotel is beautiful with a few flaws here and there. Throughout the duration of our stay, the hotel seemed to be at max capacity which made it difficult to enjoy all of the facilities at the hotel such as the indoor pool. So many people had been swimming during our stay and the pool was disgusting. I’m sure they clean frequently there were just several people at the pool during our stay so they couldn’t exactly clean at the time.
The staff was excellent and the property is very unique.
