We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesShuttle unreliable. I found my own way back to the airport. The first room I was given was unfinished by housekeeping. The staff was great in fixing it but in the early hours of the morning, it was a lite bummer. The second room was clean and I slept for a few hours.
I like the proximity to the airport and the staff. I was only there for a short layover and needed a couple hours to rest. The breakfast was awesome!

GermanyThere were some flaws: - the toilet paper holder was loose, no major issue - the shower water outlet didnt work properly. The switch didn't work. We reported the issue. Nothing happened. So, 5 days without proper shower in a 4 star destination? Sorry guys, its a no go. We should get refunded. - no room service 5 days straight - staff was kinda mixed up. Some were really nice, others seemed kinda unmotivated. On departure day a guy came and disturbed us twice pretty rude (before check out time) to check if we were still present. Sorry guys. I am usually kind and forgiving. I grew up in a family that ran a B&B and a restaurant and i understand sometimes things can happen. This was sub-par. I give you 8 points because the property and the room itself and the breakfast was great but - man - 5 days without shower and room Service for a total of 1100 Dollars? Sorry, no go.
- The Breakfast is very good. Plenty of choices, refilled until the end, friendly staff. - the room itself was super nice, spacious and modern - the location is close to the airport and good food options are nearby.

United StatesGot there late and their airport shuttle never showed up, had to shuttle with another hotels bus ( thank goodness he let us) , and then checked in only to have a room with no air conditioning and just two box fans. With 4 kids this was less than ideal.

United StatesI called around 6 a.m. asking for toilet paper, and the front desk receptionist said, "Okay." I had to go to the front desk to get the toilet paper, and that was around 8 a.m. (It was a brown-skinned lady who answered the phone, because I went downstairs to get breakfast.) It was not the dark brown lady who answered the phone when I required about the toilet paper. The dark brown lady check me and my family into the hotel room and her customer service skills were exceptional.
