The room had a refrigerator that had mold and the furniture was chip and worn out. The faucet was shaken when turn on. The plumbing needed to be tighten. The maid service was very poor. The lady didn't clean the room nor change the bed while I was there for 3 nights.

I enjoy the staff at the front desk they were helpful. I enjoy the full breakfast it was good and the staff was helpful.

The first room I was given had not been cleaned properly. Dirty towels on floor. Dirty wash cloth in shower, trash in the trash can. Bed was also dirty. The second room we were given was extremely hot. Someone had to come up and completely remove cover from ac unit to adjust temp. There were also no bags in trash cans.

The room was out dated. The toilet seat was old and had plastic sticking up so when you sat down it was poking you. Also the shower faucet was rusted. The tv in the front room was broken and the front desk did look a little funny when I told them but at check out I requested a discount and was given $25 off for the 3 inconvenience.

How people come up and get food or especially kids touching everything and not cleaning their hands. Need sanitizer stations in place in those areas.

Bar staff and kitchen staff were great. Front desk help all need to be retrained.

The tub in our original room wasn’t draining the water appropriately so we changed rooms, only to find out the same thing occurred in our new room as well; couldn’t take a shower the next day because the water that collected from my previous shower was still in the tub when we woke up.

The front desk staff. They were very short with greeting and information, not inviting at all. I called to check on the shuttle availability the day before I checked in, and the response I received set the tone for the entire stay. I asked for fresh towels, 8a, the 2nd day of stay, and never got them unit 8p after 2 calls and 2 lobby visits, and they still were very rude as if I did something wrong. They were not apologetic at all. On the day of checkout, I checked my folio and saw I was charged for parking. First, I advised them I flew here, took a shuttle, and ubered around. Why would I be charged for parking? 2nd, the parking is not gated in a garage or security patrolled it's open parking, so what exactly are you paying for? Nevertheless, reported stay and refunded parking. The only other minor issue is water pressure for toilet flushing was not good. I had to flush (urine) 3 times for the tissue to go down.

The hotel chain itself is always nice. The rooms are clean, and the lobbies and common areas are clean. The morning hot breakfast and the managers' reception are top notch!
