The fact that a lot of these businesses are understaffed so I saw a lot of women working harder than I would like to have seen But the economy is what it is and we're at the mercy of the people in the government. I wish them the best and I still would recommend them

The hotel served is purpose I need a place to lay my head shower use the bathroom and eat it was fine of course embassy suites is not like it used to be due to the pandemic in the government changing everything so a lot of our businesses are at the wheel of whoever can possibly have the hard enough to be hired. I'll give it a seven and a half

Bedroom tv went bad, air conditioning went out at 1 am. Sofa cushions were damaged. I called hotel as staff suggested and no follow up. Staff was helpful overall, too tired to move rooms medical apt at 8 am

The foreign cleaning ladies in particular the short blonde is very rude and unpleasant. I didn't get her name but I'm sure if you ask everyone will know who.

Booking .com scammed me out of over $600 dollars. I have proof and the receipts! I called customer service to confirm that I could cancel one of these rooms and they charged me an extra fee $180 to cancel one of the rooms that I didn’t need. When I keep inquiring about the refund I keep being told that I need to wait, and be patient??? A refund takes 5 business days at the most? That was back in February it’s now April !!!

The room wasn't clean. Very small for 6 people. There were no other clean rooms. The pullout bed is super uncomfortable. New picture on the walls in rooms, however the same old furniture. Carpet spotted, walls unclean. No extra bedding or towels. The pool was overwhelmingly crowded. The water was super COLD and merke ( clouded). Breakfast was horrible The omelette station has gone down. No garbage cans. OMG!! New merge with HILTON was not the best decision for your overall customer!! The Manager Reception is a waste of time. Only WELL Liquor.

There was a burn hole in the autumn in the living room the pool was not clean an had many kids that was in the pool and some were not with adults and when they were, the adults could not handle their kids it was almost a altercation between two kid boys. It was very crowded and some of the staff were very rude and housekeeping that was on shift for the night did not speak no English.

Clerk at check-in could have been more pleasant...was kind of indifferent to our arrival. We asked for a late check out at 1PM and she set it up. On the next day when we were scheduled to leave she came to our room @ 11 and asked when we were leaving??? Didn't make sense. We left the hotel shortly b4 1PM, yet our billing receipt indicates we departed at 3:02PM...we had an appt at Cleveland Clinic in Beachwood and we were at the location at 1:15!

The rooms could use some updating, the couch and footstool in the room had deep dips from being old and used. The showers could be updated to look cleaner.

The hotel looked great and was located perfectly for what I needed. Had the pool to ourselves in the evening.
