You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Had to ask for towels every day. Our key cards were deactivated during breakfast. Had to go to front desk to have them reactivated, making us late for our ride back to the airport.
Breakfast was the highlight. Jesse and Anabel were delightful.

The pool area was extremely loud. The room was not cleaned thoroughly. Dirty pants and underwear fruit flies in the room.

Out of 3 elevators only one was in operation, so it took very long to get to the top floors. There was only hot water in the shower and the temperature of the water could not be adjusted, so it was an unpleasent experience.

2 of the 3 elevators were broken which made for long waiting times to get up and down from the 6th floor.

Charged for parking when it’s outdoors and just a basic lot. 2/3 elevators not functioning and no easy stairwell access so squished 10-12 people in an elevator and you still wait 10-15 minutes to get to and from your room. No supervision of kids screaming in the open lobby area alll evening!
Breakfast as always is amazing along with the staff that manages it.

The rooms were not up to clean status. Major dirty marks in the carpets. Sheets and comforters were dirty. Maybe close 5 rooms down and change the carpet at a time and replace all sheets and comforters with stains that can not be removed. Some mattresses will need to be changed out as well.
I liked most of the staff. Very pleasant and friendly. Fresh omelets in the morning and breakfast was amazing. The leading lady was amazing to my mom and accommodating to our family celebration. Security guard was very cool

The sofa bed was so worn out you cannot sleep comfortably on it.
The cook at the breakfast bar went above and beyond. Honestly made the whole trip. He is a really good person.

Only one remote for the two TVs The AC was crappy did not ever get below 71f The gym was gross missing a bunch of weights did not go over 25lbs. The shower was gross.

I did not appreciate being charged for parking. The room was about two hundred a night should not have to pay for parking.

check in was not friendly & was snappy. AC in room did not work well. There was a used needle behind the TV. Walls are very thin, we could hear the neighbors talking and walking around all night.

Sofa bed had no sheets or pillows for it. Ran out of toilet paper. Trash cans overflowing. Need a hot tub.
Liked the location. Beautiful sitting area down by the lobby. Loved the complimentary breakfast and drinks in the evening. Friendly staff especially the chefs.
