Got one of the only rooms without a balcony and ordering at the restaurant was a little different

Breakfast was good, give a free drink at their bar every night from 5-7 pm and location is very convenient. Close to many good restaurants, grocery stores and access to I-25.

This is a really old Embassy Suites that has not yet been upgraded so many of the items such as furniture (computer desk chair, sofa sleeper, mattress) were not in that great of condition. In fact the computer desk chair would not stay up as the hydraulic was worn out. The sofa cushions were flat when sat on and the mattress had a very large indentation indicating it was extremely old.

Waiting for our room when we arrived was annoying. The pull out bed was not in the best shape and is probably needing replaced.

The bathroom was too small but not a big deal for us.

We enjoyed the 2 free adult drinks in the bar between 6 to 7:30. The interior atrium area is nice. The suite was nice, especially having a door between the bedroom and "living room." Many so-called suites only have a partition and no door. The pool and hot tub were larger than most hotel pools. The breakfast was great, especially the made to order omelets. The price was very reasonable ($130) for two grandparents and two granddaughters, considering the price included breakfast for 4 and 4 free drinks.

Evening social hour could be expanded a bit for those of us with dinner reservations off property.

Sounds crazy but I like that in the winter I am able to walk laps around the atrium inside, not on a treadmill as I don't pack work out clothes.

It was extremely windy so the sliding door was bowing and a lot of air was coming in and whistling. We called the front desk and they came up and taped the seals up immediately which did help. The temperature did not seem to regulate very well in our room but that could have been from the door issue. It is a bit outdated but they do keep it clean. Overall, we had a great stay and the kids loved it.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Every single person was warm and pleasant. I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere where everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. The food was great! We had breakfast daily which was better than most diners. We also had dinner one night at the par and the pizza was very good.

They offer complimentary breakfast with the room but the food was pretty bad. Even the made-to-order omelets tasted like powered eggs, so we ended up going somewhere else for breakfast on our second day there.

We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds and it was very comfortable. There was a sink, refrigerator, and microwave in the sitting area with a table and couch. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have an extra space with a mirror and counter to get ready outside of the bathroom. Good location and easy to find just off I-25. The staff was very friendly.

The living space and bedroom more than adequate in size, however the bathroom should have been bigger by two feet.It was impossible for two people to be in that room at the same time. Poor design.

Rooms and hotel looks outdated. A few staff members were a bit short and not very accommodating.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. The whole hotel is due for some maintenance and remodeling it seems. Both elevators were out of order multiple times throughout our stay. Enjoyed our stay regardless and most staff we encountered were quite polite.

The elevators were not working properly. The door to our room stuck, we had to push our way in. There were many leaks from the rain, buckets sitting everywhere. Breakfast was not good. The food was not replenished as needed. They ran out of clean forks. The potatoes were so salty we couldn't eat them. Eggs were dry and cold.

Comfortable bed. Restaurant and bar were good. Room was big and comfortable.

Elevator needs work. Took a couple of calls and visit to front desk to get toilet paper and towels.
