I did not get my $300 fee back after my stay and the front desk says that sent it. So now I'm thinking if I will stay with them again or not.

The couch in the room might have been the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on.

The breakfast was great! Made to order omelets, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. was fantastic! I thought the pool, which goes from inside and Connects to the outside with a waterfall was very cool also. Very good experience!

I love the price of the room. How neat and clean it was. The staff was amazing. Greeting us every time we entered and very patient to be sure that we were comfortable and satisfied with our stay. I can't wait to stay there again the next time I visit Ohio!

The pool water was extremely cold and my kids didn’t get to enjoy like we were hoping.

I liked how the rooms are set up. It worked for our family of 5. It gave us space.

The $5.00 parking fee and the $150 incidental fee that was charged to the room as well. That is not mentioned on the booking site. So to my surprise my room was almost double the cost! Not cool! Also certain elevators did not work the entire time of my stay! And to top it all off cars were broken into over night and the most they can do is call the police!

I liked the price of one night initially! And the breakfast stations in the morning!

We didn't have any hot water, and told the receptionist when we check out about the hot water again and she said she will let her manager know but the manager had just walked away to go do something and still haven't heard anything back.

Room keys did not work several times, Party above us didn't sleep at all with young children. Asked for late check out and was told no. Pool was freezing. Elevators were very slow and one was out of order.

This location is pet friendly so we had a dog barking in the room next to us the entire night. (The front desk staff did apologize and later called and tried to make it right by giving more Hilton points to us) Happy hour in the lobby is great, however with young children we didn’t participate and the party echoed up until after 11pm. People were running up and down the halls yelling and screaming. In the morning, the breakfast staff was very rude, yelling at kids the. Commenting that you have to kick their a$$ just like you would your own. We overheard several times that they can’t wait until 10 so they could get out of there. We were also charged a $150 deposit which wasn’t mentioned at check-in but explained later that it was higher on the weekend??!

The property was nice and clean, everything that you expect from an Embassy Suites. The room was nice and big with plenty of room for our family of 4. The amenities were great, breakfast was more than expected for a free breakfast.

Hotel was quiet. The included breakfast was very good with omlets made to order with just about anthing you could imagine to go with them. Room was very clean and well equipped. The little guest store was very appropriate.

The room smelled like smoke when we arrived. Small beds, Things seemed outdated and it really didn't feel as clean as the one we stayed in when we visited Chicago. It reminded me of a motel style room.

Everything! The reception desk staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The Manager’s reception in the evening with free drinks and snacks puts this hotel a step above the rest!
