Very noisy could hear vacuum running early in the morning stayed on the pull out sofa. We had no blanket for the pull out we asked for one and it was never delivered. Parking was very expensive.

Front desk staff. Very meh - not trying to be helpful - never responded to my advance request for a 1H later checkout and then when I asked at the front the guy said only for a charge. I’m a Hilton Honors member & the hotel was far from full. Also, the room is pretty but needs maintenance. The bathroom light goes on and off, etc. also, the cleaning lady walked in on us at 10a. Clearly we were not checked out.

Upon our arrival the bathroom light kept flickering. After awhile it stayed on. I’m assuming no one has used the room in a very long time.

The smell of the room was an old smell and the bed wasnt as comfortables as others embassies..

Our stay was great. Ive slept in better beds when staying at the embassy. Everything else was great!

The price for parkingg was RIDICULOUS! $44/night. Horrible!!

Dinner was very pricey and nothing was particularly good. Five people and no one liked or finished dinner which cost >$100.00 Also no airport shuttle availability until 5:45am and boarding is not guaranteed as it is shared shuttle with Double Tree. Caused last minute scramble and walk to metro. First train there is 5:30am although metro opens at 5am.

Some things were great like the waiter staff. Facility is quiet and clean but frustrating. Early check in is available, when possible, but charge is additional $45.00 Ouch!

We did not like the hole in the carpet near the mirror outside the bathroom and that the shower head does not have great water pressure and is not detachable.

We really enjoyed the comfortable bed, the amount of space and seating, the 7 - 10 AM breakfast, the view from our room, the lighting in the bathroom, and the area it is in.

I always come to this hotel and the experience is always great but this time there were a lot of kids teenagers ect. Running up and down the hallways which is usually not allowed especially after 10pm. By no means do I hold the staff of this hotel responsible but I do think that they should hold those guest parents responsible and have a discipline policy that every guest should be held to.

I guess because our unit was handicapped equipped the barn like door to the bathroom did not close properly. We were able to hold it closed with a towel. Fortunately, due to the design of the large room it only opened to a hallway across from the closet. There was a small gym but no pool, also a bit of construction going on during our stay but that means it will only be getting better.

Breakfast was outstanding. Made to order omelets and many excellent choices. Also given tickets for free happy hour in the evening. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had double showerheads that provided good pressure and hot water. Also included nice shampoo, conditioner and body gel on the wall in the shower. Loved that there was an airport shuttle. Location was great, just down the street from a Whole Foods and other cute shops, including a donut place and a place that sells smoothies and bowls. Try a PB&J bowl with acai and blueberries. The staff at Embassy Suites were all wonderful and helpful, especially liked our happy hour bartender, Sophie. Thanks. They also had a service to hold our luggage because our flight was delayed. We could have still caught the shuttle back to the airport up until midnight.

Wish the breakfast would had stay open a little later on the weekend due to their being so many people it was hard to find a table to sit at.

Breakfast was phenomenal and housekeeping staff went out of their way to pickup our room between days.
