Restroom was kind of small, there was no hair dryer in the room but it had an empty bag for it, I called reception and they said there was no housekeeping at the moment, so I couldn't wash my hair before my flight.

Near the airport and plazas where you can find many restaurant options, it was quite but you could hear people in other rooms but it wasn't noisy. The room is very spacious.

The rooms are dated and could use some touching up, the room furniture gives very much Count Dracula, the price of the snacks was absolutely ridiculous!! $5 for a candy bar, seriously? Oh, and let's not talk about the morning fire drill smh.

The location was perfect for what we had planned. The complementary happy hour was ok, and the made to order was ok as well. The lobby area was pretty.

had shared my hilton honours number - this is my second trip at the property and on both occassions have shared my honours number 546933138; however the stay does not reflect on the HH membership points- stayed earlier in nov /dec 2023 and now this one

Room could have been a bit cleaner, particularly the bathroom and furniture could do with a deep clean. Doors opened at an odd angle so hard to navigate in bathroom.

None of the dispensers in the shower had anything in them shampoo,conditioner,bodywash and it's hard to call for extras mid shower ended up having to get out and find a old bottle of bodywash/shampoo in my toiletry bag. The concept of dispe sets is great just need to make sure they have stuff in them.

Several negatives: 1. Checkin at 3 PM is busy, like any other hotel. Rooms were not ready, so the staff attempted a honor based queue system which could be executed better. Just take names and call out people in the right order. This might prevent some guests from feeling that they weren't recognized in the order they thought they were in. Restaurants do this well so there is no reason why this hotel cannot. Overall delay was less than 20 minutes. 2. The hotel was out of extra blankets and pillows! This was a shocker. 3. Water pressure in the room was varied. Sinks were low pressure while the shower was high pressure. I reported this when I checked out and the front desk took note of it. I hope that it will be addressed for the next guest. 4. Pillows were too soft - and since the hotel was out of pillows and blankets it made the sleep less comfortable than desired.

The hotel is at a convenient location and met our needs. The staff is friendly and the rooms were clean and sufficient for our overnight stay requirements. Parking was plenty and free and access to the hotel is easy. Elevators are conveniently located. Plenty of luggage carts are usually available though their availability at checkout time can be challenging. The sundries room is reasonably equipped but overpriced. However, the management could do better. Breakfast is average. Freshly made omelettes are good but the rest leaves much to be desired. I did not take advantage of the guest reception in the evening.

There was a power failure about 10 minutes before we arrived, so checkin was delayed and a bit uncertain. We nearly left for another hotel, but then the power returned, so we stayed.

The location is perfect for travelers going through Washington Dulles. The surrounding area has good restaurants in the Herndon area. The free breakfast and Manager's Happy Hour are nice amenities.

Rooms are dark and could be updated.

Very good all-round hotel for our family traveling with dog. Nice to have the indoor pool and spa, though these were being treated and not usable part of our stay. Great location for a short walk to restaurants and shops, and parks to walk the dog and let kids play. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room.

Last minute stay here and it was great - I appreciated having two rooms, the king bed was very comfortable, and the Peloton in the gym was an added bonus! Great courtyard for remote working as well!
