The situation with not having a room available for what I booked was upsetting. Also booking charged me for said room even though the property expressed they’re are a pay on site only hotel.

The breakfast had such a wide variety of things to eat. The omelettes were really good and the fresh Mickey waffles were also good too. Enough food to make you full until the afternoon.

The amenities were not kept. The billiards table was old and the sticks had fallen apart, the table and balls were faded. The on ground tile pavers were wobbling and a toddler even managed to pick one up.

This hotel is excellent for families. The small kids swim area was perfect for toddlers, the indoor outdoor pool and hot tub were great. There was a cigar lounge, billiards area, playground for the kids and a basketball court. There is a lot of on site things to do to keep a family entertained. Oh yeah, the breakfast was tasty and filling. The breakfast area was kept up nicely. In the accommodation were clean and seem sterile. The bed and pillows were just right for my husband and I. There was a twist to this Embassy Suites. They had an annex / pool view rooms. These rooms were facing the pool and not on the inside of the building like the traditional ES. All in all I would stay again.

Only thing that I wish is that they weren't doing painting or spraying that they were doing it had an awful smell and I had to stay in my room for most of the day that day Side note next time let people know that they can ask for certain items for breakfast I love bacon and was so upbut that I found out the last day that I just could have had plates and plates of it from the omelet guy. Lol

The areas surrounding pool were rarely cleaned. Trash was accumulated every, the bins were full and not emptied. The men's restroom nearest to pool appeared to never be cleaned, smelled like urine and water was on floor. This actually led to a slip accident in which one of my guests was drenched in urine and water. We were in pool for over 8 hours and not once the restroom was cleaned and no sign of any kind demonstrating slip. Management was aware of faulty restroom and it wasn't until the accident happened that a sign was placed.

The pool was spacious. Check in was easy.

Breakfast wasn’t nice, reception people were not friendly at all, they didn’t even smile. They have eus a room next to the renovation spot and that we as annoying in the morning.

You have to pay for parking at a hotel you’re already paying to stay at. The bathroom door didn’t close, the A/C didn’t get very cold, the furniture has stains and rips, the pool was hot, the breakfast set up was all over the place.

The staff was very nice, the lobby was clean and smelled great.

Certain staff members weren’t very friendly, room was spacious but dated and needed repairs. Bathroom door was falling off the hinge and maintenance never came despite calling several times. There is no door to the shower just a piece of glass coving half of the shower which made the floor all wet and very slippery and dangerous.

Only thing was our room key card would get disabled. Also, the shuttle not returning back from Magic Kingdom you would have to go to another park by bus then back to hotel.

Love the fun activities for the kids. Evening reception every night was wonderful with music of all types. Location is great and shuttle service to parks

The Shower and the furniture in the room.

Breakfast was excellent and back to Embassy standards, happy hour was good also. the furniture in the room was below standard and more like a budget motel, the SHOWER was terrible, no pressure and a below average amount of water was pumped thru.

Rooms need updating/maintenance. Water had hard sulfur smell. Room was a bit musty. Shower room ceilings need cleaning and re-painting.

Free happy hour snacks/buffet/drinks and for adults free draft beer. Check-in was quick and friendly. Pool and splash pad were great for the kids. Free breakfast was better than expected.
