The food at breakfast wasn’t very good, except to the omelette station, that was nice. No milk alternatives.

The rooms were amazing, it was great to have a living room for the adults to hang out while the toddler went to sleep early in the bedroom. The microwave in the suite was a plus for warming bottles. The indoor pool and gym are great, but the little bodega open til late was the real star of the show.

Noisy, the neighbors kept slamming the room doors. They drank multiple boxes of beer and placed the boxes next to our door.

The pillows for the bed were very small. Like 18" or 20" couch pilows. Comfortable but small. Also breakfast selections were small. I' m from the South and no grits were available.

We arrived early (330 am) and parking in the loading zone and walked in. We had telephoned a couple weeks before and asked if we did arrive early if we cud come in and rest, use restrooms, etc. we had been told absolutely. So, when we entered the facility, the lady at the desk IMMEDIATELY met us with “you cant park there”. No “welcome” or “may i assist”!!! We were speechless. I tried to explain to her that we had arrived early etc. she did not care. We told her we would leave and asked if we cud at least use restroom. We did use the restroom without her affirmation. Each and every other person at desk all week were absolutely helpful!!!

There wasn’t a blow dryer in the room and our coffee pot was dirty with old coffee. The beds were small and we weren’t expecting that. Thank goodness for the sofa bed. The top layer of the bathtub was peeling off. The hot tub was dirty you can see black dirt on top of the bubbles and way too much chlorine in the hot tub..it burns your throat and eyes just going in the room.

It’s a nice property near many places to eat and shop. The customer service was excellent. Great staff, very nice and helpful.

Couple issues, shower head broke the 2nd day we were there and never got fixed, was still usable but i had to wrap a wash cloth around it to keep it in place. Notified the front desk. Two days later engineering showed up but my wife was using the shower. Asked them to come back in 10 minutes. They never cane back. shower pressure was horrible, air conditioning wasn't the best.

Breakfast was good, location was perfect, complimentary drink hour was a nice surprise. Steak house inside the hotel was awesome. One of the best steaks I've had. Area is beautiful, clean and I felt safe walking around at night.

I didn’t like that the staff was not cleaning the hotel more with pets allowed I would have loved to see more staff cleaning. I was also charged extra $ without this being authorized so I had to resolve that issue.

The was grand in scale but I could tell it was dated with new furniture.

Florence at check in could have been friendlier initially. I walked up and she looked without greeting or welcoming me. After us both looking at one another about 7 seconds she said hello.. Breakfast wasn't enjoyable. The powered eggs weren't good, link sausages were rubbery/tough.

When I spoke to the desk I was informed that the construction was completed. However, the construction team and activity did not affect the stay.

Proximity to Cranes Roost park. The appetizing breakfast. The amazing staff. The peaceful atmosphere. No noise.
