Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe bathroom is very small and tight. Water leakage from the toilet tank and water would come out from the sides when the shower was on. The parking fee was pretty high considering you are parking outside in the open.
The facility was real nice and the free breakfast was awesome! My room looked like a mini one bedroom apartment. It was spacious and very clean.

United States of AmericaThe rooms definitely need to updated. They mentioned they were going to renovate soon. But for the price I payed now, you'd think they just renovated it.
Breakfast and service were good.

United States of AmericaWould have appreciated a kosher restaurant in the area-(not your problem, though ...)
Good range of items at breakfast. Easy access to parkinggarage. Wish there was an easier way to get back to the turnpike (rather than turning at the bottom of a hill ... Point-of-interest: We believe we stayed in excatly the same room last year! Furniture wa comfortable- however, desk chair was beginning to show signs of wear.

United States of AmericaHousekeeping didn't get around to cleaning our room until 5 pm. That's way too late for a multi-night stay.
Room was great, although we couldn't get the temp above 75 deg (which was TOO cold for us). Breakfast and drinks are a definite PLUS.

United States of AmericaWe went to dinner at the atrium. The service was very slow and we were the only table. The food was not great and one of our entrees was the flatbread and we didn’t even eat it because it looked awful with balsamic vinegar poured all over it. We also did not know that parking was $18 a day.

USAThe hvac could be upgraded. It worked, but it just ran continuously and didn't do a great job regulating humidity.
The staff, from the desk managers to the bartender to the buffet to housekeeping....great! Always pleasant and helpful. The location was great with the places on my itinerary.

United States of AmericaThe only thing I would recommend in the bathroom is adding some sort of anti slip on the shower floor, because I felt it was a bit slippery for my taste when water was present, (there were safety grab bars which was good to see), but I still placed a towel on the floor for personal safety purposes.
My recent stay at Embassy hotel by ✨️Hilton PBG was a Good stay. Smooth keyless check-in, and a cozy, well-maintained room made for a restful night's sleep. There was Complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi added to the convenience. There's a grand pool area, and a 24 hr exercise fitness area. Overall the hotel's location suited my needs, and the attentive staff promptly checked in via messaging for any requests I had during my short stay. It was a decent, comfortable and hassle-free stay. I'd consider this hotel for any next upcoming future visit.

United States of AmericaI am a Hilton Honors member. I arrived and did not get my Hilton Honor bag like everyone else did. The room we got room 307 was in need of repair. The office chair was worn out and had multiple tears in it. Same with the chairs facing the desk. Wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off. The toilet ran all night and we had to manually reset it. Wall paper above the bed was dirty. The exterior vanity cold water does not shut off correctly. Very sad that they would give this room to anyone much less a Hilton Honors member. The bed was worn out as well, king sheets did not fit and kept coming off and the room was musty. The breakfast buffet was over crowded so we were able to eggs and that was all. It was not worth the 222.00/night which I also believe I was overcharged. I need to go back and look at the booking.com rate to ensure. I was too irritated when we left to deal with the staff further.
Close proximity to everything. Many restaurants and a lot to do in the area.
