When I walked in, I could smell dust or dampness from the rug...(like from a vacuum that is dusty over-full bag. The ceiling over the swimming pool is peeling. Couch in room a little beat up. The grab & go store VERY expensive. At no fault of the hotel...there was an earthquake....

Beautiful atrium & fountains - tranquil. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean bathroom. The breakfast was good. Also, the 2 free drinks were nice. Large rooms...spacious!

Front desk process is a bit slow in checking/checkout ; and the bill on pro email did not arrive... not sure why. overall rooms are a bit old, windows are not efficient to filter noise... and do not prevent cold/hot forcing to use more AC, creating more noise. Rooms on the front side will be more silent as not exposed to the I 287 noise.

Nice hotel with covered spacious interiors. the breakfast, bar and restaurant are good and diversified enough... Happy hour was even offered with standard drinks (soft and std beer)

The pool closed for the second half of our trip and never reopened. Could definitely stand to be renovated. Carpet was thread bare in spots, the shower had mildew and didn’t drain properly. Everything looked generally dingy in our room.

The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the pool when it was open.

The air conditioning barely worked, my partner and I were sweating the entire night. The elevator smelled like a porta potty

The property is stunning, I love the lobby and all of the plants. I didn’t get a chance to view the pool this time.

I ask the front desk what could be my late check out because my flight was at 23.The answer I get back is late check out is at 11 and if you want to stay longer you have to pay.Kind of a rude answer and I never get that atitude on other parts of the world, most of the hotels using courtesy and they let you stay for more 2 or 3 hours

Breakfast was fair but the urgency to close the breakfast was not normal in normal world

The rooms are very old and had to pre-clean prior to feeling comfortable enough to stay the night.

The room walls were so thin I hardly slept due to kids next door being loud plus the smell of burn popcorn came tru the door, paying for parking it’s a bit to much

They had to limit the pillows and blankets that they could share with us, for our kids.

I made requests through booking.com that didn’t make it to the hotel front desk. They mentioned that they don’t have a support for booking.com requests in their system and didn’t see any requests I made in advance. I also didn’t get any call or message from the hotel. Usually I get a call when I reserve rooms at embassy suites.

The front seat had one person who I dealt with both days. She was definitely in the wrong job. The other staff were friendly and helpful, she truly was burnt out and should not be working at front desk. I asked for an extended 30 minutes I. Room for check out. She told me we must be charged for the later checkout. She also just seemed totally annoyed that she had to deal with people T front desk both days we spoke with her.

Location was great. Food was good, however staff cleaned everything at food station at 9:00 am sharp. Didn’t even leave coffee or beverages available. You could pay for. Coffee I their shop. $4.00 a cup. I asked them to turn beverage machine on at 9:01 for some ok. They refused .

This review has been hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

It was strange to me that there was no clock in the room. I woke up and my phone was dead and there was no way to tell what time it was. Also something that is impossible to change is that I wish there was more obvious stairways between the floors. Waiting for the elevator to go from floor 3 to 2 to see friends was somewhat troublesome.

The hotel was nice and had beautiful gardens in the center. The room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff was very helpful especially when I got locked out of my room late at night. Free breakfast had a lot of options.
