Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe bathroom definitely needed updating. The front desk staff was rude, the only nice staff member was when we were finally checking in. We tried several times to get in early, even offered to pay the $75 but just kept telling us to keep checking in. We sat in the Hotel open area for 4 1/2 hours until they would let us check in (10 min early) They could’ve been honest saying we wouldn’t be able to get in early. I personally think when they found out on the computer that we booked the reservation through booking.com. we weren’t getting in early.
The Suite was nice and big, bed was comfortable, the free breakfast and cocktail at night was nice.

United StatesInitially the pricing was okay but I had a connecting room and I was told it was a $30 fee. I was okay with that when I left they billed me $30 per day per room. I’m okay with the fee per day but to charge me per room is robbery. I’ve stayed here several times and this was never explained. I was better off just getting 2 individual rooms because I ended up paying an additional $120. Unfortunately this turned me off so I won’t be staying here again.

United StatesSagging sofa bed...really needs replaced. Bathroom with very worn vanity, dingy and water stained. Shower and faucets difficult (stiff) to use. Broken arm on desk chair - falling off leaving exposed metal part underneath. I'd say that's a safety hazard.
great value for the $$. Great breakfast.

United StatesThe hot items at breakfast, weren't hot at all except for the Omelet Station. Tables are left with dirty plates for a lengthy time, leaving many tables not available to accommodate people staying over and wanting to have breakfast before going out for the day. Some people were standing at a bar type section eating and there were no stools. The room we were in shows wear, compared to when were were here in 2022 and 2023. Some lampshades look tattered and old. The couch is very low and uncomfortable. We were very surprised to find a change in parking in that there is a $15 charge!!! For paying hotel guests should not have to pay to park, this is not NYC, AC or Boston, where they do charge to park largely due to lack of space!!!
The breakfast was good but the hot items in the buffet trays were barely warm, to even being cool and there were the same hot items on the buffet both Saturday and Sunday. It seemed like our stays in 2022 and earlier in 2023 were better with more of an all around top quality stay. Room improvements are really needed compared to just 2-3 years ago. Our Room #408 needs TLC including a very uncomfortable couch, new lamp shade especially in the living room area, the TV in the bedroom wasn't working and the room is very dark.

United StatesPay to park is petty & annoying. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Juice ran out. It was quite a crowd at 9 am so it was hard for staff to keep up. Kitchen needs more help. The trees & plants are beautiful but looking a little tired. And the empty flower boxes on the balconies made the space seem like it was longing for a past halcyon period of the hotel’s existence. Oh the tub could use a vertical grab bar over the tub edge at chest level. The grab bars in the tub are great, but most people need them to get in & out of the tub
Gracious desk staff, clean and comfortable suites and pool was warm and well maintained. Family loved the omelettes to order.
