Our bathroom was in need of help. The tub was peeling, wall paper was peeling, the toilet handle had not been previously fixed properly. And some of the elevators were out of order.

The location was great. Staff was wonderful. Room was nice and clean.

Rooms were very old & need to be renovated. Elevators were slow or broken, ice machines all broken except for one. They should leave the soda fountain open to use all day, not just during breakfast hours.

The gate for the front parking lot didnt work, although I paid for overnight parking, I still had to pay to exit the premises. Mobile key never worked despite constant communication with the front desk. Room had a variety of misses in upkeep and random cleanliness. There were holes in the wall, looked like it was a maintenance issue.

Easy location to find. Somewhat clean, but needs some TLC/cleaning and repair. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful. Quiet despite being fully booked for the weekend.

The light switch at the door didn't work and it smelled musty /cigarets. Had to switch rooms and that light switch didn't work either. So we just turned on a light and left it on. Toilet leaked in AM but was taken care of quickly. Furniture out dated, bathroom small and dark.

Loved the staff, common area wonderful, breakfast excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

Loud in the morning. You could hear them moving tables and getting ready for breakfast. Woke us up every morning. The pull out sofa was horrible felt every spring.

We had a few issues with this hotel, we normally stay at Embassy suites, and really like them however, this day was less than par. It was difficult to get the front desk to answer the phones when we called down to them, the evening cocktail hour. The appetizers were not good less than par not very much out, compared to in the past when we’ve stayed, there was an issue with the gate for getting in and out of the parking, when I asked for additional towels from the cleaning people they didn’t wanna give me extra towels, . Which was a bit frustrating, but I finally got some. It just wasn’t as great of a day as we had anticipated or I’ve had in the past when I’ve stayed at an embassy suites. I probably would not choose this location again.

I like the location of where we stayed in approximately to the venue we were attending.

I was disappointed in the room. The fact that I had to wait to get into my room. Because the elevators where down the breakfast was very under par. Overall, I wasn't really happy with this day.

One of the lamps did not work and it needs more working USB ports.

Embassy suites always has an outstanding breakfast and happy hour. The mixed drink at the bar was pricey. It was very clean,however a few things need tending like the drapes did not operate properly, yhe dresser drawers stick, the cold air return needs cleaning as do the mirrors over the mini bar. That is the only reason I did not give it a 10. Adam at the desk was exceptional. Embassy suites is my favorite place to stay.

Bathroom needs to be updated. The AC was out the entire time, I got in late due to a delayed flight and didn’t have many options to switch at that point. They didn’t notify me in advance even though they knew it was out for at least a few days prior.

Rooms looked good from afar but close up, paint was chipped, furniture cracked, elevators broken or needing tricks to just press the floor button. My bath tub faucet leaked all day and was hard to turn on at first. Staff was very friendly but the hotel seemed to be very short staffed. Housekeeping left sheets and pillow cases that had stains from previous guests. Didn’t leave extra towels when they ran out. It seemed more of a short staffing issue rather than the housekeeping not doing their jobs.

The room looked like it needed an update with new paint, drapes and doors. The parking lot is very small and parking was very tough to find a space. Also it seems like the spaces are very narrow for a regular car to sit.

The location was perfectly located near the event we were attending as well as Knott's Berry Farm. The lobby was beautiful and very modern looking.

Dirty Room. It had left over dog food kibble on bathroom floor along with dander and dirt. There was mold/scum build up in rim of sink. Toilet had feces stains along inner rim. Bottom of shower curtain looked dirty. Carpet felt damp on our feet. There were cigarette butts on the balcony floor. There was animal hair dander in dressers. The hotel lobby and dining area looked immacculate so we are disappointed. Also, on our last day we got a lecture from the omelette station lady about coming 30 min before breakfast was over. She seemed irritated and was unfriendly. Really disapponted about that one. There was a long line. We thought coming a little later there would be less people. They ran out of food and were putting everything away. My kids didn’t get to eat. Instead of breakfast till 9am, they should put “breakfast starts to close at 8:30am”.

Breakfast - Omelette Station in particular. This was the best part of our stay. The pool access was also nice for the kids

Room was dirty and one of the doors from the room had tape to hold the door. Bathroom was dirty. The room I reserved 2 baths was not available and they gave me another room a king size bed.

Room had stains all over the carpet. Flooring in bathroom was weird. Room smelled like cigarettes. Upon arrival, we dealt with the most rude lady at the front desk. I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel. We were only there for a quick overnight stay. We were there less than 12 hours and I don't think I'll stay there again.

leak by the elevator , i called from the room , no answer for the phone from the front desk or operator. the room was missing coffe cups. the bartender’s rudeness as to the complimentary drinks. he was a very rude man towards someone else. he lacks customer service. mayb the bar can post a sign by the door of the bar to announce that happy hour is over , evidently it seems the bartender gets annoyed when asked about the complimentary happy hour . his not to nice vibes are not needed in this place. i like Embassy suites, but this Saturday night was not the best stay i’ve had. it is ridiculous to pay for parking for guests.
