Strict enforcement of early check in. We arrived 45 mins before check in and were unable to check in without a $50 fee.

I loved the suite concept. Rooms separate from the “family room.” The happy hour and complimentary snacks were so appreciated! Very family friendly :)

Rooms are huge and have 2 TVs which are nice since we like to watch our own programs. Beds were comfortable. Shower never ran out of hot water. They have a laundry room so I could wash clothes before heading home

While the room itself was huge and well-stocked, the room decor/carpet were slightly tacky.

Breakfast was terrific! Very well-stocked, and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet-friendly, although the front desk person couldn't tell me where to walk the dog or provide bags. (Turns out there is a very nice lawn, with a pet trash bin and baggies at the rear of the hotel.)

Noise from the atrium area was clearly heard until well after midnight making it difficult to sleep.

Great breakfast! Location made it easy to get to many places. Suites were well thought out.

Bed and pillows need to be replaced soon. Couch was all stained and seen better days. Carpets ready to be replaced or cleaned. No Housekeeping (stayed 3 nights). I had to get toilet paper, coffee cups and coffee. No place to hang bath towels.

Spacious layout of hotel and room. Excellent breakfast. Great evening reception. Good location for our needs. Friendly staff.

Better quality of food would have been appreciated. The family did not want to eat breakfast at this hotel, even if it was included in the price. I think the distance from the city was too far and I should have researched the distance more. Nothing to do and out of the way, but very quiet and peaceful.

Breakfast was adequate with the lines to the omelet station very long and not worth the wait. Free cocktails at the end of the day was appreciated. Better snacks to go with the drinks would have been nice.

We had an issue with the toilet in our room. It wouldn’t flush and was probably clogged. We caked down and asked for assistance. The front desk indicated someone would come and no one ever did. Thankfully we only stayed one night.

Embassy Suites Lynnwood is a great location for being out of downtown Seattle but still close enough for site seeing. We love this hotel for the amazing complimentary breakfast.

Furnitures are dated. They could be modernised.

The breakfast were fine. I loved the kitchenette in our suite, although no crockery provided. Allowed us to warm foods. It would be nice to put basic crockery in case it's needed.

That the lady who checked us in also later checked other hotel guest also into our room. We were out having a smoke when they got checked in. Our room key stopped working.

The hotel was hot!!! It was in the 80’s in Lynnwood that weekend, but the entire hotel was even warmer inside. Our room at night was extremely warm and thermostat would not go below 60.

The elevator is too slow, may need to be upgraded. It takes about 20-30 minutes to go to Seattle downtown.

Free evening drink and appetizer each evening, each adult can get 2 alcoholic drinks and kids can get soft drinks. Lots of parking spaces. Spacious room with a separate living room that has sofa & TV. Comfy bed & pillows 2 washing sinks, which are handy. Lots of choices for breakfast. They have toast, cereal, oats, pancake, bagel, sausage. bacon. omelet station, potato, fruit, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice Indoor heated swimming pool and hot spa open till 10pm Onsite laundry facility is available on each floor, although we didn't need to use it

The temperature seemed warm in the lobby area but I like the air conditioning in the room!

I like how attentive the staff were. And I like the breakfast food and the cascade restraunt.
