It was peculiar that they required a $40 deposit that appeared to be basically for the electronic key.

I was looking for a basic room that was clean and had basic amenities for a relatively low price to get a shower and stay overnight. This fit the bill.

While checking in, the person told me I had to leave $20 cash with her as a damage deposit, and get it back at check out. I said I paid by credit card, how about $10, I said no, my card is on file. This was a scam! I did not end up giving any cash.. beware.

Old microwave, Old refrigerator. However they did work fine. they never came to pick up the towels or make the bed or empty out the garbage cans. there was absolutely no service. I called ones to have them empty out the garbage only. and they did and they did bring me fresh towels. that same one time.

Room needs to be dusted. Carpet had stains and iron burns. Pillows not comfortable. No coffee maker. No iron/iron board. Door top lock need repair. Sitting chair had stains. No coat hangers. TV little.

Location excellent! Price ok. Room had microwave and refrigerator. Near handicap accessible parking.

I don't like they ask me more money when I done resv hotel almost 200 then arrive there pay more for fee again and pay car park $20 per cars. That suck hotel I will never go there ever again

Nice room. Clean and modern. Nice beds and linens. Also tv was user-friendly with a normal remote,as opposed to some places that have some foot-long universal remote impossible to figure out!

We were told there was a pool and it was advertised but it was closed. The parking was not very good either.

No breakfast no coffee maker. No friendly help or counter person never smiled once. We had ants in the room. And the rug was absolutely disgusting. We had to wear shoes all the time.

It is a bit out dated.

It is a cost efficient hotel. Like the manager states not 3 star. A clean space to lay your head. I read reviews on Google and here, that made me want to change my mind, but it was so last minute. Overall, its what you would expect for the price. I had no issues with check in or the employees. There is a deposit! But you get it back at check out.

extra charge for the phone in the room which was never used was extremely high and the locks on the door were quite hard to use, Not having any coffee available in room and no continental breakfast available. Removal of spare rolls of toilet paper after checking in and running quite low on it without having it replaced , (poor room service)

There was no breakfast and there was no pool and the realing was falling and part and the room was not clean it's was drity as hell dusty and the walls are dusty

Although we did have nice hot water, it didn't smell clean. Maybe like sulfur water, and wasn't good for drinking at all. There were NO PLUGS in the sinks in the bathroom, making it very difficult to attend to our medical concerns. Even though we requested a NO SMOKING ROOM, we were given one that was upstairs, but THERE WAS SMOKE STENCH AT ALL TIMES, and even on our clothes when we unpacked at home! Also there were cigarette burn holes in the 2 blankets, a chair, and in the drawers. We had clean towels each day, but no cleaning service at all, including making our bed, or vacuuming except for ONE DAY, and that was at our request.

We did not take advantage of breakfast on any day we were there. We did appreciate that we had nice hot running water at all times.
