Comfortable bed and great breakfast. Lap indoor pool was a bonus. Close to town was very convenient.

There was nothing that I didn't like about my visit here. I enjoyed my stay as always. I can say that next time it's as cold as it was during my last visit, have the fireplace going. I think that would have been great. But it was not a showstopper.

The breakfast is always amazing. The staff is always friendly and professional. Every time I visit Leavenworth, I will stay here. I've lived in Germany for almost 10 years and Leavenworth is my place to go when I'm feeling Germany sick. I've only stayed in one other hotel because Enzian was booked, if this ever happens again. I will choose a different date rather than stay elsewhere.

There is no dinner available to buy, although there are restaurants close to the hotel. Not all the staff were friendly.

The price was a bit much but mostly because we booked through an online booking agent. The prices were better if we had booked through the hotel which we will do in the future. There were a lot of children there which I thought was great, but I thought it would nice if the pool and game areas would have had some extended adults only times perhaps from 10-11 with a little more calm in the hot tubs, pools, and game areas. We are nightowls and would like to have played a little later in the evenings.

We were thrilled with our stay at Enzian. The breakfast was a little piece of heaven. The buffet was excellent with homemade pancakes, potato casserole, biscuits and gravy plus all the trimmings, In-house jams, preserves and syrups. Homemade muffins, and energy bars. Everything was scrumptious! The highlight was the alphorn! What a delightful musical experience. I truly felt I was in the Swiss alps and waiting for the goats and cows to come down off the mountain. Loved every minute of it! We also took advantage of the both the indoor and the outdoor pools. the first night there was ethereal as the fog settled in and we were blanketed with the calm stillness it brings. We'll remember it for years to come. Our room was wonderful with great attention to detail and cleanliness. The entire facility was clean and dustfree from our vantage points. The employees were congenial and helpful; always willing to go the extra mile for us.

I had a stain on my bathrobe, and there was one in the elevator. The key to the door is a little hard to open otherwise no complaints!

We loved the property , our second stay and we enjoyed the updates as in the outdoor pool area, the nice smell they added to the hotel, the new game area. We didn’t get to try the golf but we plan to next time. The piano is nice as well as the delicious breakfast. The staff is welcoming and professional. I was impressed how often house keeping went by and kept up. The decorations are so cute.

Very close to Leavenworth downtown, hotel is clean, staff is friendly, a lot of activities that you can do at the hotel. Indoor and out door pool and hot tub, movie and popcorn room, etc

It’s an older property but very well maintained. Our room did have a little odor which went away after we opened the windows and aired out the room each day.

Excellent location, especially for the holidays. We stayed after Christmas until New Year’s Eve and loved the warm cozy festive decorations. The breakfast spread was amazing! We looked forward to breakfast every morning —- delicious with a beautiful view!

The breakfast that is included with the rooms is exceptional! I have never been to a place with a better breakfast, better ambiance, as well as the horn players that come in the morning. It is really an amazing experience and just the breakfast is worth staying the night. However, the rest of the Enzian is spectacular and wonderful for families as well as couples. Access to the pools, got tubs, basketball court, workout room, lobby area with fire and live pianist, free use of Nordic skis, location to town, rooms, beds, bathrooms, etc, everything is spectacular!!! I have been coming here since I was six and will continue to come!

we were playing billiards, we didn't really know the rules about how to reserve a time to play, a young man came from the reception and behaved very badly, he just took the balls without explaining anything, he was very angry. the date was 01.28.2024 in the evening when we played. we were very saddened by his concession, this is the third time we have stayed at your hotel, nothing like this has happened. thank you!

the pools were exceptional. there are a lot of little "extras" that make the property and experience special, like the real fire in the lobby fire place, antique furniture, cross country skis for guest use, and the alphorn player at breakfast. it was overall a clean and well-kept property however some elements seemed out of date.

The cost of the stay, you are out of line. And then, the town of Leavenworth closed down on Christmas day, what in the world was up with that? There were hundreds of people, if not thousands, very disappointed.
