Very run down property. Office was outdated and the ice machine was leaking all over the floor. Front desk attendant was difficult to understanx.

It was comfortable and quiet. It was a no frills sort of place.

Property was fine. Nothing fancy, but had everything I needed. Hot shower, comfortable bed, refrigerator and iron. It was a bit dusty behind the bed.

Very close to retreat I was attending.

The floors were very gritty, sandy. No rugs at bedsides to step onto. Sand & grit got into our beds. Learned to keep shoes on to walk on the floors. One bed's mattress sagged in the middle. Bathroom door had a foot-size hole in it

In-room coffee good. Had to hunt for outlet to use. Second day-night got more towels, soap, coffee when we asked. Liked the one comfortable chair. Missed having a small table.

When we first were shown the room, it seemed clean. Once we paid for the room and got in the room. It was dirty!!!. The bathroom walls hadn't been cleaned nor the walls in the room. I also found a hair in the tub. Good thing I clean the room when I get in there anyway. Plus I know it's not a big issue but the coffee maker didn't work.

Hole broken into bathroom door (kicked?) sewer odor from bathroom sink. Curtains and rod very old and not functional to keep parking lot light out. Security locks less than strong.

No coffee or food available. All rooms with doors onto parking lot. Manager was very helpful. Sheets and towels were clean. CLean refrig

Dingy and seriously rundown. Staff was great. Paid for stay but didn't stay, drove 4 hours back to NYC in the middle of the night. Place needs a total rebuild , refresh to be habitable.

Literally everything. We stayed here in lieu of a tent due to historic flooding. Very filthy, staff that doesn't give a crap about anything. Truly, I recommend avoiding unless there are literally no other options.

Nice hotel to stay. The man at reception was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. I was limping and told him my foot hurt and he went out of his way to try to help me. Also, I thought I lost my razor here or at one of the other hotels I stayed at and wrote to each of them. This was the only hotel to respond! And the same day! ( I didn't pack my razor) :)

Sheets had stains. No table to eat or write at. Coffee machine leaking and had to be on the floor to reach the outlet. Filthy alarm clock. Fridge full of ice. No refill of coffee for coffee machine. Dreary first impression. No breakfast served although advertised ( July 2022)! Office supposedly open 24/7 and it was not.

Great accommodating owner and very clean facilities He prefers all of his guests look at their rooms prior to check in and despite a very late check in, he was gracious enough to wait up for our arrival. Very good stay !

Unfortunately, due to covid, no breakfast. But there are some local options that are great instead.

Clean and comfortable. Owner/manager (?) was really nice. Super quiet, we had neighbors on both sides of us, and we never heard them. I am such light sleeper. The beds were comfy, pillows were great! Simple and straightforward place to rest up.

The drapery has holes in it and dirty stains. The coffee pot was filthy and the tv remote didn't work. The walls were dirty and scuffed and there was a nasty cigarette rusty can just outside my door of a non smoking room.

I’m handicapped using a walker. It was difficult going in and out of the room because of the steps being very narrow. All of the rooms had the steps.

Was very close to where my daughter and her family live.

I thought the bed was very lumpy and the floor was a little dirty. The whole room was outdated and a little shabby.

The staff, he helped me find a place to eat for dinner and made sure I was fine with the room.
