We only stayed one night, but my children were looking forward to the pool. When we got there, the pool was being cleaned. Big bummer! We chose this hotel because of the pool.

Parking area... want enough parking for my liking. I didn't like that it stated my room was a suite but it didn't look like a suite at all

I didn’t like I paid for a certain room didn’t get it , pool was nasty and grease and hair floating on top , room wasn’t clean good we found old cereal by the bed, and I didn’t like that people live there and was kind of loud ..

The customer service given by Kesha F was terrible. I was charged the full amount for my room even though I had already paid for it in full on this site 9 days prior to my stay. Kesha F insisted she knew what she was doing and had been an employee there for 8 years. Well her 8 years of experience did me no good because she was in fact wrong. I ended up getting refunded by the hotel almost a week later.

The room that we were originally checked into TV did not work. After calling multiple time for someone to assist us, we were told on two different occasions that someone was on their way up until I had to go down to the front desk only to realize, no one was on their way as told over the phone. I was naturally very upset by this because I had just returned from a funeral. The manager at the front desk was very rude and basically said something to the effect of, then just move to another room! We were all already unpacked and this was beyond an inconvenience. Poor hospitality. I understand things happen but it’s how you handle it that makes all the difference!

Pack your bags and also pack your power tools since you will need them to get into your room. We get to this hotel to find that the room they gave us has less beds than the number of guests. So I ask for an extra bed and the answer was we don’t have one. They even were not able to provide comforters or bed sheets for us to manage through the first night. We ask to heat some food for our kids and the answer was the microwave is broken. A multistorey hotel has only a single microwave and it happens to be broken. So we ask to use the bread toaster in the breakfast area yet the answer was breakfast hours are over and they will not allow us to use it. One day we exit our room to be faced with an unpleasant and smelly surprise. A freshly used toilet plunger is placed by our room door! To add insult to injury, we try to access our room one day and the access card does not work. Reception make me go up and down a few times telling me it now works yet it still would not work. After negotiations with the hotel manager she agrees to come up and try it for herself to find that non of the cards they gave us work. So they make us wait for a few hours in the reception until their engineer shows up. He had to break the door lock with a steel bar and tools to gain access to the room. We were disappointed since we lost that day waiting for them to get us to access our room. Not only did the hotel manager not apologize, she also charged us an extra day since our stay exceeded the checkout time as we were waiting for them to unlock our room door. While I waited for them to unlock the door, I overhear a staff member describing the door access system as “garbage” and the fact that this is a recurring issue. Overall, the hotel staff were unhelpful and rude. The hotel manager was the worst of them all. We will never go back and I do not recommend for anyone to stay here!
