We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing like standing in a puddle water while showering. The side entrances key cards are still broken since my last stay.

United StatesWhen you first walk in, it is like you are choking on air freshener or perfume. Then you can see right into the laundry and it's a mess. The pool room is very nasty. Moldy windows, ceiling coming apart, floors coming up... bathroom in room was kind of gross. Pool room had no towels, then when we got some they were not very nice, stained...all different kind of towels...no hot tub also
Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was very nice. Carpet was nice, seemed newer. Bed was fine. No issues there.

United Statesless notice after ll p.m. especially when you have to get up so early in the morning. I understand that it was a tournament week end but I feel that people should have consideration for others at that time of the night. Also people don't need to slam their doors after this time you can close them softly. Other than this every thing else was good. I would stay there again.
I liked our room. It was nice comfortable and roomy. I would book and stay in that room again. We could sit and relax very comfortably.
