It was a little confusing getting the international terminal via my own car.

The enclosed parking lot is very small, and there were a couple of times when I was out late that I thought I might not find a spot to park and ended up getting the last available space. On the other hand, I did feel like my vehicle was secure there. I'm not a fan of mandatory credit holds for incidentals (I believe it's like $100) - I understand why properties have this policy, but the holds should be released as quickly as they are initiated.

Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows (which doesn't happen often). Decent breakfast with a variety of fresh items. Room was fairly quiet and the location as convenient to the airport without getting a lot of road/traffic noise. Had a little bit of a hiccup on check-in because I booked through third party site, but the lady at the front desk was super friendly and got it sorted out quickly. I've stayed in other neighboring hotels on similar occasions and this probably the best in terms of value for your money.

Being charged $10 per day to park in the uncovered parking lot. That is greed.

There is a hotel shuttle from the domestic terminal but there's not a lot of info about it. I wrote to the hotel and they didn't answer me, I knew about the shuttle from other reviews in booking.com. The breakfast had a lot of options but all looked like fake/plastic food, but maybe that's just the way it is in the US

A little sad that the breakfast buffet only had carton plates and plastic cutlery even though most of the food was ok.

The staff was awesome, super friendly and helpful. The room and bed were nice, everything was clean.

The bed wasn't comfortable, so I wasn't able to really get comfortable. It was very noisy (due to the guests in the room next to me). I'm a tea drinker but there wasn't much of an option for tea, with the exception of 1 earl gray tea bag.

The staff was very friendly. The check in and check out process was quick and seamless. There was plenty of parking. The room was a nice size and clean.

The parking! The hotel parking is bad the later you come in. You basically out of luck. The security guy was nice and let me park by the pool and said he would let his supervisor know. They definitely need to get that figured out.

I had the king suite. Loved it. Comfy beds and pillows. Plenty of towels in room. Room clean. Staff was nice and accommodating.

The shuttle bus driver, I was trying to verify the hotels address and said I would be right back. He left with other guests on the bus.

Housekeeping did not check the room. Someone had left a pair of used boxer underwear near one of the tables. Someone from the front desk came right away but we received no apology or anything complementary.

The free breakfast was wonderful not just continental- homemade waffles, eggs, and sausage. Quiet. Free printing in the business section of the lobby.

Not enough parking spots. Had to park in the neighboring hotels parking lot or on the side of the road. Only had one working elevator so that really sucked.

Hotel was nice and clean. Hot breakfast had a good variety of choices. Didn’t have a chance to check out pool but it was a cool to have. Location is good.

Basically liked everything, except the neighbors on the floor above who walked and walked for long periods, but that is not the hotels fault.

The contract with the tv provider has expired. Additionally,, I didn't like that Netflix and other premium channels required a sign in.

The breakfast was just so,so. The pork sausage wasn't ready at the beginning time. We had to leave without eating the 1st day.

The customer service wasn’t good. When we checked in, the front desk only asked for our name and ID. She never even said hello or how are you. When we checked out, the front desk employee gave us very little information regarding our shuttle and preceded to go back into the office. The interaction with guests was minimal at best.

Friendly staff, both at front desk and breakfast area. Attentive to guest needs. Great hot breakfast choices and good coffee. Close to the airport. On time shuttle to and from the airport.
