I didn’t like the fact that I had to walk downstairs to elevator to get to my room. I was coming from a long hour shift. So elevator close to the front desk would nice

I love how the bathroom layout. I love much space is there in one room. The room was very clean bathroom cleans well taken care off. Great front desk staff very kind and respectful.

The shuttle arrived more than 45 minutes before my first call. We had to call a second time for they to come. As we did not fly on the day programmed, I sent an email telling them that we’re going to arrive only the next day. They cancel our reservation alleging No Show. But in the end, they kindly solved everything.

we know that new york is expensive. based on that fact, we got what we paid for. the service is good, the room is clean and we could sleep very well. the shuttle service was well organized. staff at this hotel is helpful and friendly.

Interior design is pretty hard and cold. It is not a warm comfortable place.

Convenience of being down the road from JFK airport (off the interstate) - happy to use as an overnight from arriving into the US. It was comfortable and quiet which was just what we needed after a long flight.

New York was a layover on our trip to St. Lucia. This hotel was very convenient to get us from and back to the airport.

Greeted by friendly courtesy bus driver, he was helpful with the cases. The two ladies on reception where very kind & certainly treated us with friendly helpful advice. The room was very clean & the shower was large & lots of very hot water. Towels large & very white. The breakfast was a great surprise….help yourself selection, cereal, fruit, hot choices, bagels etc …a super lady who keeps everything fresh & makes you waffles as well. She is a complete gem. The icing on the cake for me as a Brit…was good tea bags, hot water & fresh milk ….a good cup of tea. Well done everyone at Fairmont.

Well located for the airport and perfect for an overnight stay after arriving late into JFK. Staff really helpful in ordering food for delivery and happy for us to eat our food in a communal area. Beds comfortable and rooms large and clean. Whilst breakfast was basic it was a real bonus and a great start to the day before our transfer to Manhattan.

The transfers, it goes on the hour but that is not ideal. It should be every half hour. Also reception should know that there was construction. The guy told me for my 8am flight I could take the 6am bus. Well they're is no logic to the drop of. They start with terminal 7 instead of asking what time is everyone's flight. We ended up terminal 4 last and literally had seconds before the gate closed. Otherwise the room was clean and good for 1 night
