You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Need USB ports no carries plug in chargers, couldn't charge my phone. tv channel guide would be helpful. Was charged 100 for incidental charges before I even left, working on getting that refunded. When cheet competitons are in your area breakfast needs to be an hour earlier. No one was able to eat. Had to be there by 6:30/7:00. Might check with Kalahari for next year schedule.

Pool closed on our first night despite reassurances that it would be open. Room lock died on us and management treated the situation like I had no idea what I was talking about.
The room was perfect, the extra tv/business room was invaluable to us. Pool was enjoyable when they finally opened it.

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Heather brought in an ionizer for us which helped but by morning the scent was so strong again it was hard to breathe. My daughter and I noticed the fabric shower curtain drenched of the smell. “ Free Breakfast” was only an absurd long line for waffles and cereal . Just not happy.
The manager Heather! If it were not for her and her amazing hospitality I would have rather left and slept in my car for the night and never returned.

My only complaint is the breakfast. Very few options available. Most hotels offer eggs, sausage or bacon with their free continental breakfast. All they offered was waffles, toast, cereal, fruit and yogurt. With only 2 waffle makers the wait time was pretty long
We were given a handicap room. Although none of us are handicapped, I was impressed with the size and accessibility of the room. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were perfection

The tub had a chunk missing from the bottom so it looked unclean and was uncomfortable if you stepped in that spot. The floors may not have been vacuumed because there were mustard packets on the floor under the desk when I got into the room

The orange juice machine had fruit flies, so it needs to be cleaned more often. I wish there were more breakfast options for protein.
The staff was really friendly and serviceable even at late hours of the night. It's also the closest hotel to the Kalahari Resort, only being 20 minutes away by walking. The breakfast was really nice, despite having limited options.

Very humid in the room, breakfast was very basic and the space was too small for the amount of people trying to get food, and bathroom vent was so loud yet you had to have it on if you wanted light in the bathroom.

Pool was dirty. There were clumps of hair lying around, food with ants around the pool. The pool water was super cloudy. There was an odor when you first came into our room that began on day 2 that smelled like something was rotting. It was so bad that a couple of times I about vomited.

Could use room touch ups… paint, cob webs, some dust overhead (fixtures). Breakfast was rough. 1 waffle maker that takes 3ish minutes per person. I gave up on waffles, bit of a cluster there. Staff was working really hard to keep everything clean, tidied and filled!!! Hard to sit down at a table without people in line standing right next to…or on… your table.
Nice, beds extremely comfortable, clean. Loved the coffee maker in the general area!!!
