The shuttle service was not good. My daughter waited 45 mins for the shuttle at the airport and it only came after she called the hotel. We were told it came every 30 mins. It is only a 10-15 min drive from the airport. Also, the directions on where to catch the shuttle were not accurate. They should say “terminal 2, curbside position 2C.” When we took the shuttle the next morning to pick up a car at the airport, the driver was dangerous! He ran a stop sign, and cut two cars off . He seemed to have no regard for other drivers on the road but fortunately the other drivers were paying attention (also honking and shaking their fists!). The date of this exciting drive was on the morning of Sat August 23.

Front desk people were very nice. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, and had vegan friendly options.

It's an airport hotel – you wouldn't go there for the neighborhood. It's really close to the airport though. To get to town, I took the airport shuttle back to the airport and got on the train.

My room and bathroom were super clean, a very high standard of cleanliness. The downstairs bar is nice and the staff down there and at the front desk were professional and communicated clearly. The airport shuttle is convenient and the driver was nice.

Breakfast

It was a great stay; the bedrooms were very comfortable. I would just suggest that breakfast could have more options, such as adding hotcakes, sausages, or bacon to the menu. We used the luggage storage and the shuttle service, and the shuttle drivers were very helpful, giving us instructions on how to catch the blue line going to the city center.

The only thing I want to suggest is to mention on the shuttle information paper that pickup location is lower level. I was not arriving, I was taking my elder parent to the airport so I stayed 40min waiting at 2C sign on terminal 2 but upper level (departures) until I called front desk and they told me I should go to lower level.

No Airport shuttle at 1205am as flight delayed. Call hotel, person says finishes at midnight, when all other hotel shuttles still running. Had to fork out $$$ for taxi as comimg from Australia and didn't have rideshare app for cheaper alternative.

Parking on the side was very limited and no door so you would have to walk all the way around to retrieve anything from our vehicle.

There was no towels for the pool 2/3 times we swam and the 3rd time there was 2 towels. could have been stocked a little better.

Tiny Pool, looks bigger in photo. Room was kinda small considering we had 4 adults it was tight. To few beers on tap, only two. Sausage was below average

The gentleman that checked us in was superb. He was very pleasant well spoken and polite, he asked the right questions to quickly get the process done and was concise with his information. The next day different people were manning the desk and they were good as well meeting our needs. Breakfast area staff was excellent, again very polite. Coffee and eggs were good

It was convenient for everything yet, great price. We liked how it has the pool on site, the bar and also a small table pantry/connivence small for snacks. My partner and kids enjoyed the stay here.

The website did not state the King suite had a pull out full couch or we would have booked that to begin with instead of the double queen beds. The parking lot was full so finding parking was rather difficult.

We ended up needing to change to a bigger room and the staff was wonderful and helpful through the process. The bartender was friendly and provided great service. The rooms were well updated and clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, even for a picky kid.

The guy that took care of us for the check in was rude, seems he didn’t want to work that day, said we had to wait 30 minutes to check in because the computer was restarting and didn’t explain properly where we were supposed to park our car, pretty bad first impression as we walked in

Rerouted due to construction and detours...plus we were extremely tired.

Communication with the hotel was wonderful. We had delayed flights and a nightmarish experience trying just to get to our rental car, but Fairfield was still there for us at 2 am! Easy check in and a clean, comfy room!
