Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe pillows weren't that comfortable. All four of us staying there agreed on that. Otherwise the beds were very comfortable.
We were going to an event at the American Airlines Center, so the location was very convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and professional. Their bar was under construction, so they created a temporary bar that we could use after the performance. That was nice planning on their part.

United KingdomI think it was fine. A bit dated and the pool was busy but unstaffed which felt like a miss to me but it didn’t really bother me.
We wanted a hotel that was convenient for getting around by car or by foot. This hit the mark.

United StatesI was not informed of a 54.00 fee for valet. Only left with the car once. This was an unexpected expense. I always generously tip valet, but I doubt that the staff received benefit from the monies.
It was quiet during the stay and room was clean.

United StatesThe shower/water pressure was great but the water did not drain in the tub. It required a constant on and off to comfortably take a shower. Plus, the shower curtain was too long for the height and dragged in the shower. We also found fake eyelashes on the bed stand which meant it wasn’t wiped down or cleaned.
The location was great and in walking distance to American Airlines Center. The pool was also clean and great to use on a hot summer day.

United StatesTakes a good minute to check in & out. There aren’t many restaurants around convenient to walk to & food delivery services don’t like to deliver there. WiFi is kinda slow. Only one elevator was working in the whole hotel (both towers) and it was tiny.

United StatesParking situation offered is not ideal. $50 a night — however, I was able to get a spotfinder parking spot very close for $8. The bathroom in my room was dated— tub needs refinishing, tile and grout were not in great condition. I also generally don’t love things like cloth upholstery on a chair in a hotel room, how is that cleaned between uses? I also think the pool could benefit from some floats because there really is no where to stand or lounge. There was a small shelf but that is where the babies were playing. I really liked the availability of a deep end to relax and swim away from the splashing kiddos but like I said, no where really to hang out unless you have a noodle/ tube/ float.
The location was wonderful. The 9ft deep pool and view is gorgeous. The food and service was stunning. I had wonderful interactions with staff. I am allergic to eggs and eat gluten free and there were actually multiple things I could eat and the dishes were thoughtful and delicious (short rib tostada, crispy cauliflower). The drinks and bartender in the lobby were fantastic. Even the gentleman who delivered my room service was very friendly and accommodating.

United StatesOnly critique I have is the room could be update just a bit. No fan in the bathroom for steam for the shower, and the air conditioner felt like it hardly did any cooling.
The staff and amenities were fantastic as well as the location as we were down for the fan expo.

Overall, I had a great experience. The bedrooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. Staff were always available and happy to help with our questions and requests. The location is good, close to various restaurants and bars. Additionally, had a good time at the pool, enjoying the hot weather in Dallas.
