The overall experience was subpar. Breakfast took 40 min to come and was not tasty at all. Fitness center is on the basement, has very low ceilings and lacks sunlight. Staff restocked only decaf capsules. Nothing really bad, but not what you expect from a hotel that makes loftier promises.

Great location in downtown Dallas. Rooms nice as comfortable as you'd expect from the Fairmont.

No free wi-fi, you have to select from two wi-fi payment options when you connect to their network. I ended up using my mobile data plan instead. The security safe didn't work as well.

The location is great, the front desk staff was extremely nice and welcoming, clean room. They were able to provide me with an upper-floor room as requested.

Great room with two double beds for me and my friend. Nice new bathroom. Everything worked well. 12th floor. Nice view! The bar was very alive. Food looked great and wine was delicious.

The room wasn’t really clean. I found some leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest makes me feel a little bit disgusting shower didn’t work well it was leaking all the time, but for that price I assumed that’s actually not that bad

Only 1 of the 3 elevators worked and I had to wait over 15 minutes for the elevator. At checkout I took the stairs from the 14th floor with very heavy luggage.

Loved the room! The hotel itself is beautiful and had a very chic look to it. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean and organized well.

No one explained to me the 100$ deposit charge will be returned later when I asked why the charge is 100$ more , No coffee maker at room so no hot water :)

Staff is really helpful, they helped me find the train schedule, got a hot water for me , really appreciated !

When I arrived to get my room staff asked for my driver license and credit card and stated: (There is a fifty dollar deposit for the room incase you destroy some thing or some thing is missing). That was not very nice or why did she say that, I got offended and upset. How would feel if they said and guest are behind you. The staff a short black a little heavy hispanic young female.

Room needed more overall lighting. Had to turn on multiple lamps to get enough light. Only hotel I stayed in over a 7 week period that did not provide free bottled water.

No vending machine and we didn't know when the gift shop closed. If u don't bring drinks or random things u need u have to Uber or Doordash.

Staff was PHENOMENAL!!!! The room was great and the bed was so comfortable. The entire vallet deserve an award, they were amazing. Only thing I wish would b changed by all hotels is to accept venmo or electronic payment. The out of town ppl don't remember to get cash....and let me tell u ALL OF THEESE AMAZING MEN, deserve it

Wifi should be free, but other than that, they were doing some upkeep around the property, so accessing stuff was a little more difficult, but that happens, so no worries.

Room was good. No complaints. No major issues. Any little mistake was quickly rectified. Staff was very courteous.
