The apartment was exactly as in the pictures and it had two full bathrooms which was great as we were 5 people. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable and of a very decent size. It was easy to go everywhere and close to the train station.

Not enough silverware. There were only 4 plates, 4 forks, etc, so if you used any to cook, you had to wash them to dine. There was no cutting board, so we used the plates to cut onions, etc.

The location was exceptional with access to all of downtown Philly right out the front door. The place was well kept and beautiful upon entry. Would highly recommend this facility.

Unfortunately, the fire alarm when off but that was because someone was cooking on a higher floor so it wasn't there fault, but it woke me up from my nap.

The location wasn't to far from the train station. The place was really nice.

It’s a great location, very decent size, 2 bathrooms, and great value for a family of 4. Walking distance to City Center & U Penn. Groceries and food market across the street. Safe and reassuring surroundings.

Maintenance of some items not as optimal. Tried to use the provided appliances (washer/dryer, dishwasher washer). It seemed like the dish washer had a lot of pre-inserted liquid detergent in it so if washing the dishes were over washed with suds. The dryer didn't work due to the condenser filter not being cleaned at all. Since my group didn't know how to do that, it was left a lot; first time ever seeing one and assuming everyone knows how to clean and not break it is a lot.

Location is perfect and nearly in the heart of the city. You can walk almost anywhere, response from the service was fast and courteous.

The covers were not cleaned thoroughly as there were stains on them and just surface level visible dirt that could have been removed if washed properly . The towels in the primary bedroom weren’t cleaned thoroughly or at all … unidentified brown spots on multiple and lipstick on one I immediately threw them in the wash . The primary bathroom sink has a mold / mildew problem as every time I turn the water on the mold smell activates and it did start to trigger my sinuses. Floors not swept thoroughly hair and etc was visible upon first entry to the apartment . Some things need updating usual wear and tear .

I loved the friendly staff, the location was good in terms of distance to attractions , retail and food. Right on the bus line . The heat worked great as it was very cold at night in Philly. The room had mostly everything you’d need tide pods and etc. able to contact quite easily with the property managers if the pelican apartments.

The bathroom was kind of dark, and the tub didn’t work, but the shower was fine

The second bedroom has no window like a prison. The room lights are dim. The bed is not a normal queen size. It is very cramped for two skinny individuals let alone guests of larger built.

Location is excellent. Amenities acceptable except the TV is not working hence we cannot watch Netflix in the living room. Wi-fi is satisfactory but no cable, which is a big disappointment.

I would suggest better curtains to block out street lights and noise. Could not get connected to Netflix.

The only complaint I can do is that my coffee machine wasn’t working , however, I could use the coffee machine at the reception so I didn’t really have any problems at the end.

The place was clean, organized and really nice. Furniture is well maintained and the staff is quickly and well organized.

The apartment was clean. The location is great in close proximity to many attractions in Philly. Great restaurants nearby. The check in and check out instructions were clear and very easy to follow . Will stay again .

One thing to note is that the apartment management and the building management are totally separate. The building staff can be incredibly rude so make sure you contact the apartment management and don't go to the front desk with issues because they will not help you and in my experience were just rude. The apartment management is great and super responsive and helpful.

The location is great and close to so much. The staff was super responsive and quick to fix the couple issues we had. The apartment itself was great and the amenities were super convenient. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Philly.
