The 1 issue we had was parking we paid for overnight parking but there was not enough spots available. We talk to other guest with the same issue. To me if you sell 20 parking passes you should have 20 parking stalls

Everything was great. Rooms are very clean. The location was great close to the bridge to get to the hwy

We found the hotel very charming and unique, but the hot room made for uncomfortable nights.

Our room was sweltering at night, the thermostat didn't work at all and if we opened the windows (both sliders were broken) we couldn't sleep because of the traffic noise from the busy road out front. It was our first trip to Portland and we were not prepared for the number of homeless people living around the hotel. We hope Portland can get move forward with mental health and addictions supports so that businesses can return to the beautiful downtown buildings.

The river view from our room was awesome and the food at the restaurant was as well. Beds were comfy and we loved the pineapple water when we arrived. The location is very 'walkable' to shops and restaurants.

The hot water in the room was so slow to heat up and didn't get more than lukewarm at best. Mentioned to front desk and it is a known problem. A little disappointing but did not ruin our stay by any means.

It was super clean. The towels and linens were top notch. Very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the homeless population in PDX is out of control. This is not the hotels fault, but there are a ton of homeless camps near the building. Street noise was loud because of this and there isnt gated secure parking, so make sure all valuables are out of your vehicle when you park.

The beds were SO comfortable! I really liked the boutique style of this hotel and we will be staying at other locations in our future travels.

The soundproofing on the windows is borderline nonexistent. I moved rooms partway through my stay, so I experienced two opposite sides of the building, and in both the traffic noise coming through the window was terrible. The tram line running next to the building seems to be the biggest offender. In the first room there was also a flock of crows that perched right outside the window and woke me up at 5am, and it practically sounded like they were in the room with me.

Nice location, walkable to most attractions in downtown Portland and close to the waterfront. It felt like a relatively safe area to me. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The free wifi was great, fast and reliable enough that I was able to get some work done from my room. The later checkout time and free in-room refreshments were also nice perks.

My room was facing the Morrison Bridge and it was fairly noisy. I could hear traffic and a train/streetcar throughout the night.

The location was convenient, and the value was excellent. The hotel was clean and my room was comfortable. I enjoyed the little "pineapple" touches and fun styling.

The parking at the hotel is quite a stressful situation. Not enough parking for guests. Just the thought of maybe having to park in a secure lot several blocks away and having to walk back to the hotel is enough of a deterrent that we probably won't be back. Since there is a bar and restaurant, it would have been nice to have it open for breakfast too. Also, no microwave in the rooms was disapointing.

The room was really clean and the bed and duvet covers were very comfortable. Everything in the room was in good repair. Good water pressure and the heater worked great.

I did not like that even thought the rooms are “non-smoking” the floor in which we were staying REEKED of marijuana.

I liked the proximity to places in our itinerary. Having a restaurant downstairs was also a major plus. Very convenient in getting drinks and food if you’re too tired to go out for some.
