Morning front office worker needs to learn how to listen and not cut people off. She just can DNR you because she want. Invest in parking lot make it look happy not sad.

Nothing really like I said the property was pretty nasty outside. And there was a lady like maybe a homeless one sitting on the stairs with liquor and smoking and I don’t like the smell of smoke.

The room was clean bed was comfortable. No coffee machine and the office I though was very rude. The outside was very dirty. The tv didn’t work no phone in room had to call the front desk from my personal phone to let them know the tv didn’t work. They tried to tell what to do over the phone I kept telling them it’s not working. He wasn’t happy he had to come up to fix the tv. He said to give him 15 minutes cause he was helping a customer we waited over 15 minutes my husband had to go down to find out what was taking so long. There were no customers he was helping he finally came up he couldn’t get it to work and said sorry it’s not working. We told him someone needs to fix it I paid for this room and everything should work in it. So he finally said he would put on the internet so the tv should work now. I just think they don’t take care of there customers good. So this is why I would never stay there again. I don’t like the way we got treated.

Curtains were ripped and taped together. Furniture had "No hoes here" written on it. The lamps did not have light bulbs and were broken anyway. Not very clean.

I booked the room for the spa bath. It was dirty without a water stopper. To top it off the jets did not work. Kinda sucked could have just got a regular room anywhere for a cheaper price.

What I didn’t like-Rooms were not clean, graffiti in the room, to noisy; to many dog poo outside the room, check in and out window to dirty unable to see whom you were talking too

The fact that I found drug paraphernalia sitting on the closet shelf not even 5 min into my initially entry a straw and piece of burnt foil folded up. As well as there were candles above the mirror that had been there for days it seemed burned out above the sink mirror

not very clean, loud noises, talking, traffic noises well into the night. Unsavory looking characters walking around at all hours . Old food residue on the carpet and left in the nonfunctioning fridge. Old beat up furniture and grimy surfaces. TV had vey poor cable reception and no program guide. basically just able to go up and down channels good in an emergency as they had plenty of empty rooms but not for more than one day. much better choices for a little more money

Rooms could of been cleaned a little bit better . There was stains all over our blankets and the floor in the room. The sheets were kind good condition though. Bathroom had a lot of ants. Beds were super comfy tho 🥹

Gangsters in back of parking lot, guy sitting in driveway entry looked drunk or under influence of drugs. He was looking inside cars and I told the office attendant why they allowed that, she acted like she didn't know. Never going back there again...

Nothing, if I was not that tire and wanted to get some sleep I wouldn't stay there plus I already had payed. There were fleas or bed bugs too.
