We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

There were two rooms around us that made noise until well after 2 a.m. Not just noise...they were slamming something on the wall/floor, blaring music and shouting. When I called the front desk, no answer. Then I sent a chat and an email. Received response at 7 a.m the next morning. Someone should be available.

United States of AmericaThe room was surface, clean, but there was sand in the tub and on the bathroom floor. The towel racks were heavily rusted, which added to the dated feel of the space.
Doris (?) at the front desk called and checked in about our arrival ahead of time because of bad weather that day. She was very friendly and helpful upon our arrival with suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The continental breakfast included hot items, and the server was friendly and helpful. We found the location ideal for getting to local sites of interest.
