Not enough Handicapped parking close to rooms.

Bed was great slept well was able to get a room near some of the rest of the Wedding party. Also on 2nd stay, we were able to check in early (for additional $25) on Sunday.

The hotel was a great value. The rooms were very clean and the beds super comfortable. There was a nice sitting area on the ground floor to hang out and an indoor pool. We stayed for one night on the way to Grand Canyon. Would definitely recommend.

I'd forgotten I'd gotten signed up for Wyndham Rewards. The hotel called me while I was on the road to tell me they were giving me a free upgrade to a King room with a view of the mountains. Breakfast was at a restaurant in the hotel, which had very good food at a good price.

I can’t think of anything

Prior to check in, a staff member called me to ask if I would need anything or have any special requests that they could have ready for me upon my arrival. In all of my travels, I have never received such a phone call. I was pleasantly shocked and let them know how impressed I was when I arrived. This amazing staff go over and above to make your stay the best it can be.

We were there for 4 nights. The policy is to clean on day 3. We asked if they could come after night 2 to change our garbages and clean the bathroom. They left no garbage bags, barely cleaned and one last piece of toilet paper. I came back after a long day of sight seeing and to find staff to get the toilet paper. Day 3 came and they didn’t come clean and make the beds. We are paying for 4 nights, come clean the room. Top it all off with the staff calling with a noise complaint at 9pm. We didn’t have to be quiet until 10pm. We enjoyed our stay but rooms need to be cleaned more than 3 days with families.

We loved the location and the indoor pool For the kids.

There is a little coffee maker in the room but you have to get necessities at the reception after one day.

The location was great. The outside of the property looked old and it sure could use a lick of paint and a fresh sign. Inside it looked better. The rooms were nice, roomy and clean. The people working at the reception are very friendly. Fresh coffee in the lobby, no breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again..

Dulce was very helpful and excellent with checking me in. I was wearing a boot for a fracture and she put me close to the elevator so I wouldn’t have far to walk. There was a trolley which helped me greatly. Your restaurant was very good and so was the service by Kevin. It was great for my one night stay while driving cross country.

It did kind of stink that there was no continental breakfast.

I very much enjoyed that the pool and hot tub were indoors. The room was a descent size, my sister and I had enough space. The location was also very great.

We've stayed here many time when visiting family in Flagstaff. It's in a very convenient location and close to downtown and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious, modern and comfortable. Most important was the very clean room and bathroom. Our stay exceeded my expectations for the price!

The noise from the traffic and there was lots of construction hardly any parking

The room was perfect for my needs. The room was clean and had everything I need. There is a water fountain to fill up your bottle. Check in was a breeze and no issues. There is a Walmart a short drive from the hotel.

I was a little worried when I saw the hallway wall colors.

The room’s furniture looked new and modern, loved the bed covers (clean and sanitary looking), everything very nice and clean. I liked the stairs being by the elevator and carpeted. I often like to go up and down the stairs and I don’t like it when the stairs are in a scary, secluded place. Swimming pool looked very nice with a hot tub. I really liked this place.
