The bed is very comfortable but It’s very large for the room, there needs to be a shelf above the refrigerator to the microwave to accommodate food items.

Needs to have some kind of shelf or small table in the unit, there is no place to prepare even sandwich. Poor channel selection on the TV. Could not get local channels.

The crazy cool ceiling fan/light turned on by itself a few times so you might want to get that investigated! We shut off the power with the wall switch and it was fine but, whoa, that was odd (and worrying). There's really no spot to put luggage or bags so we removed a lamp from the side table and put that in the hallway to set bags up on one of the bedside tables. Suggest a luggage rack in the closet - or even solid shelving in there. The second luggage I wedged between the fridge and microwave cabinet on top of the tall garbage can. Worked fine but might be awkward for some. Owners should probably get the stairs reviewed or replaced as a couple of the middle stairs didn't seem 100% sturdy when stepping in the middle of them. I would also love to see refillable soap, conditioner, lotion bottles mounted in the shower and cease using those small plastic bottles - let's save our little slice of heaven from more plastics?!

The room is brand new and very clean; We entered with a door lock code and didn't talk with anyone / there isn't reception now. Of course the property is still being renovated after the storms but it is a great location in the south near the former cinema, and absolutely fine for a couple of nights when visiting family at Estero Beach & Tennis. There was the sweetest little mini fridge with ice box, microwave with spatter cover, toaster, cutlery, wine opener, can opener, dishes, coffee and coffee machine, etc. The bed is very high so if you are short you might need to run and jump into it! Have driven by here forever and very glad to have stayed - thank you for the hard work you are doing to renew this special spot! And the beach towels and chairs :)

The grounds are still a mess from the hurricanes, so the view was a little spoiled. This was not the fault of the owner/manager. The shower was really small and there was no soap dish. Once there, we were on our own. We only saw the manager on day five of six. She was there to check out the neighboring unit in preparation for new tenants. We ran out of coffee. That was our problem to solve. The management is hands off and operates remotely.

Our room was one of only two that have been rebuilt since the hurricanes of 2022-2024. The room was absolutely new. There was a nice porch with furniture and a view of the gulf and sunsets. The colors were beautiful and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and a nice assortment of kitchen appliances, utensils and dishes to use. There were beach towels to use and lots of extra towels, soap, and lotion.

There were few drawbacks. Nothing that was a deal breaker for me. The shower is tiny. If you need any type of added space in a shower stall, this room is not for you. I can't speak to the showers in other rooms, but 103 has a very small shower. Again, of you need something bigger check to see if they have a room with a larger shower space.

The room was beautiful and clean. The heat and AC both worked well. -yes, I needed both- The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was not as close as I had thought but not far at all. The walk to the water once on the beach was definitely longer due to the erosion prevention happening during my stay. It was quiet and private and as a solo traveler I felt safe.

The fact that the bed made loud popping noises whenever I moved because it sat a top of a metal pedestal like..annoying for sure. The air conditioner was noisy and the outside hallway and door need attention as well as outside and maybe some upgrades, no swimming pool either for when I did not want to go to the beach. But other than these things I would more than likely visit again.

I loved the style of the room and the pedestal bed as well as the old time kind of Victorian looking decor. Pretty close to the beach and a good walk. The shelling was phenomenal!!!
