My biggest problem was the cleanliness of our room. It was not cleaned well at all and our feet were brown from walking on the carpet... I was not expecting the room to look this way from how the rooms were advertised. It smelled awful in there. The toilet handle was falling off and the volume on the remote did not work nor the guide. Also the WIFI did not work well at all either. Nothing could connect due to weak signal.

The pool and hot tub were the main point for this stay. The hot tub was nice and warm and the pool was a great temperature. The room had AC/heat, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer and some toiletries. The beds were decently comfortable and nice pillows. The lady that checked us in was really nice too.

I specifically booked this hotel For the pool and got Tub. Hot tub literally burnt my feet and legs and could not get it and the pool Was ice cold. Also the towels in the room were dirty, stained and covered in hair that did not belong to me.

Shower rod fell on us in middle of shower, closet rack coming out of wall, pool was ice cold! Could not swim. Pool hours are very limited.

The outside of the building could really use some sprucing up. If I were traveling from out of state it wouldn't be some place I would pick based on the look of the outside of the buildings and the grounds.

The room was very clean and did not smell like pets. It was a pet friendly room , which I would not have known if the staff hadn't said something to me.

The room and furniture were very dated, and in need of maintenance. Nothing was broken, but nothing seemed cared for - the curtains were falling, the carpet needed replacing, the mattress was old, the furniture was all stained and dinged, etc. We just needed a place to sleep after a long travel, and it was fine for that - but it felt depressing. We also watched one of the owners just open the door to our room and enter without even knocking - she was carrying a child, walked in without any warning, and seemed to just look around before exiting. When she noticed us sitting in the car park obviously wondering what she was doing, she said nothing and just went by. It made us very uncomfortable. I will not return to this location.

Basic, no frills motel on the edge of Florence. No breakfast, amenities are the bare minimum. The exterior has been recently updated and painted, and grounds were clean. Our stay was pretty quiet - you could certainly hear the neighbors, but everyone was pretty respectful and quiet hours were observed. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed in the hours we would have preferred to use them, but this was not a dealbreaker for us. The owners appear to be a multigenerational family who remain onsite - we thought it was cute to see them and their kids out and about. The property seemed tranquil and family friendly.

No one cleaned our room for three days. We had to ask for fresh towels. The owners command of English seemed minimal at best.

Lots of windows in the room give it a nice homey feel. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Lots of extra room.

The room was not very clean. The housekeeper left somebody else’s soap in the shower. There were no towels at the pool. Add in the pool area. It is so cold
