The shower is a stream of water, does not disperse as it should. No usb charger, need to plug in myself to use the table lamp and kettle. No wardrobe to keep the clothes.

Carpets need replacement. There should be sound barriers. It was noisy from the street.

The carpets in the room need replacing. There was LOT of noise as my room was street facing at 3rd or 4th floor. The hotel is in downtown flushing and the area was great to walk around and cheap eats. I was there for overnight stay before catching international flights and paid nearly two hundred a night which is outrageous for what it was. The sheets were little old.

The check-in staff was rude he even had the nerve to say you took my pen. Well, I was just trying to sign the receipt. You handed me the pen to sign. WHAT THE HELL!!! I asked for ice, which I was told we don't have any, and we dont supply any. Whenever I go to any place, it's included, and I really wanted it because I was using it for a swollen leg. So, of course you have to find a store that sells ice. The hotel didn't have wash clothes, only hand towels for bathing the towels were filled with holes tattered on the ends where you could just touch and they ripped. The smell was horrendous 😫 weed, tobacco ,dampness just unbearable. The temperature in room was not sufficient. It was like there was a regulation where once they were alerted, the temperature would go down all of a sudden, and you would have to keep adjusting. I sat and watched this occur several times. Bed were not made for a tall person they only have full-size beds available at the hotel. After not feeling comfortable with the stay, I ended up leaving after a few hours and found a more appealing hotel to suit me.

The hotel area was assessible to many stores and resturants , and I was able to get some things I really needed.

I didn’t like the area. There are many small Chinese businesses and the owners of a nearby restaurant tried to charge twice the price of the menu

The hotel is three star, not fancy, no morning breakfast but quiet and large. I slept well, there was no noise or other distraction.

I was put in TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS with non working TV. Then had to move to a THIRD ROOM to finally get one that worked. I need a receipt from my stay for reimbursement and called the property to request one. No one answered the phone. And the message inbox was full so I had no option to leave a message. Since then have messaged the property and booking.com and still haven’t received a copy of my receipt. Poor customer service in my opinion.

It was run down, not very clean. Our door was bent and didn't close properly without a good deal of effort. No screen on window. Air conditioner had two settings, freezing or off. We were in town for a family funeral. Location was the only saving graceful this establishment.
