Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe only thing I didn't like was that restaurant on site was closed for dinner. I was looking forward to trying some of the meals in the evening.
I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast so much. I even different items on the menu for breakfast. The shrimp and grits were delicious! Everything was delectable. Fort conde is situated perfectly near downtown. Everything is just a few miles away and it's very walkable and safe. The room was a lot bigger than I expected but it's so cute and comfortable. The room was clean. The bed was well made. Also being able to sit out on the patio and enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal was also nice since it was near the room.

United StatesDepending on which way room is facing, you might hear faint train whistles. I loved it. Wife not so much. But not loud enough to disturb sleep.
Spacious room. Jetted tub. Great neighborhood, quaint with a New Orleans look and charm. Great pillows and awesome, huge bath towels.

United KingdomWe were greeted by a very pleasant lady on arrival who was very helpful and showed us to our room as well as telling us where we can find everything. The hotel is a beautiful building and our room was really spacious, comfortable and had everything you need. Plenty of free parking too. The restaurant we only used for breakfast but it was included in the price and very good.

United StatesNo charge ports and very few outlets in the room. It would be helpful to have a clock with a charge port combination to charge smart phone/watch technology

United StatesThere was not a single aspect that I would change about this experience. Everyone was friendly & exceptionally hospitable, the food was decadent, and we love Mobile. Nothing beats Fort Conde Inn and Bistro St. Emanuel!
The entire experience was perfect from start to finish. We had the opportunity to check in early, complimentary breakfast tickets, & two free champagnes with breakfast (which was AMAZING)! My fiancé and I have made this one of our top wedding venue options!!!

United StatesBecause the room is in an older building, sometimes the AC unit (which worked quite well) would make a noise.
The bed, linens, and towels were all luxurious (L'Occitane bath products); the room was spotless; the receptionist was lovely. I was surprised that my room was in a building next door, but the instructions for access were clear. Walking distance to museum, parks, basilica, bistros. Overall, the gentle New Orleans-esque vibe was enjoyable. Highly recommend.

United StatesThe cleaning staff, although friendly, were terribly in the way leaving linens in front of the stairs and their wagon in the middle of the hall. They also just walked into our room without knocking.

United StatesI wish I knew about this property sooner. I have one change for the king suite room 11. Please have a box of Kleenex in the bathroom and one in the bedroom near the bed. Also the toilet paper holder in bathroom was hard to reach as it’s almost next to the floor.
Lovely property! Excellent location.

United StatesThe only unusual thing about our room was that the one TV was in the bedroom, not the sitting room. The bedside tables on each side of the bed are tiny and there was room in the bathroom for a little table, which would have been appreciated, but there wasn't one. It would have been handy to have an ice cube tray in the freezer. Besides those minor things and some dirty windows in our room and in the restaurant, there's not much to complain about here.
This is a review of 2 nights in room #30, Luxury Suite. Thoroughly enjoyable with all of the modern comforts, in beautifully preserved and, where needed, restored buildings. We loved the balcony, the biggest towels I've seen at a hotel, a great shower, full kitchen, the A/C worked great, the bed was very comfortable. The location is great, love the free parking, within walking distance of the bars & restaurants we wanted to visit and the history museum. Everyone we talked to who works here was super friendly & helpful. The breakfast that comes with the room is basic but complete, with eggs, meat, potatoes or grits, and toast. Or you can order something a little more interesting and get a $5 discount on one of those meals. Between the 2 of us, we tried the basic, the avocado toast, a Benedict, and pecan French toast. All were perfectly executed. They serve real cream with the coffee. Having breakfast here went quickly and our server was great, very personable. Adorable place with French music playing, beautiful bar, a few beautiful lamps. One of my pics shows how thick the walls are of the building we stayed in. Our room was above the restaurant.
