Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It could do with an upgrade. Elevator slow, not all my lights worked. Didn't like the french doors in the bathroom. The tile in the pool was falling off. I would have liked Kleenex in our room. Just shampoo and a bar of soap. I was hoping for conditioner.
The staff was unbelievable!! Loved the pond. Loved all the ducks. Loved the location.. there is a free shuttle for the airport. To be picked up and brought back. They also shuttle you around a few miles. We used them to get to the movies. Out to dinner ect. The breakfast was ok Not sure what the sausage was?? Scrambled eggs were good. They had fresh oranges. Over all I would not hesitate to stay there again. The staff just makes this place great

Airport shuttle non existent. Front desk needs way more employees. We were directed to sit in the breakfast area for more than 30 minutes waiting our turn to check in. Only one employee checking in guests, checking out guests and answering all the phone calls from the airport courtesy pickup guests that were not being served. Beyond the front desk and ground transportation issues, this place is nice, it’s too bad it’s not being run properly.
Large rooms. Restaurants near. Fairly clean. Nice view near water pond and good looking pool areas. Fairly near the airport and $50 Uber (a big Suburban, for four) to the cruise terminal areas.

Could be cleaner. Pets in hotel and dining area, barking dog in room. Need more help in dining room, one person could not keep up with demand for food.

Liked the pool and grounds. Staff pleasant and helpful except at breakfast. Poor service at breakfast and kept running out of things. Room needs updating. Carpet old dirty. Furniture clean. We did not have a car so a bit cut off and remote. Too far to walk to local amenities.

Water in the lobby was always empty. Shuttle is not available as much as advertised. It only runs to the airport until about 10:15pm, not 11:00pm (driver won't make a run that puts him back at the hotel after quittin' time). They can only take you to one place for food or shopping. They don't like to call a taxi; they expect everyone to use Uber. You can't really walk anywhere unless you can walk at least a mile. "Close" is only on a map, but far away by the walking route.
Pool was nice. Breakfast was better than expected for quality, but variety and quantity was lacking. Breakfast area was clean and service was good. Not crowded amongst other buildings; nice grounds.

A bit of an older facility but nice. It was clean, the breakfast did run out of food if you didn't go early.
The staff were helpful, the transfer bus was available for beyond just to the airport. The gentleman drove us to the store. Love having free breakfast included.

The day we were there was a bad day for your staff. You were hit with a brown out which left your breakfast area in disarray. Your toasters didn't function, you had run out of waffle batter, the coffee was cold, you were out of milk for cereal and your wifi went down and didn't return until much later. Your staff handled things admiralty and were very pleasant throughout. I understand that you cannot control power failures and that's why I am forgiving in this review.
I like how easy it was to get from hotel to cruise port.

Waited more than 30 minutes for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, shuttle never arrived. ended up taking a uber. The next morning, shuttle not available before 7 AM so we took a uber again. Plus, no breakfast before 7 AM. No grab and go as we were told when we checked in ! Will not stay in this hotel again !
