There were no high chairs available at the breakfast, simply unacceptable for a four star hotel.

The location was somewhat disappointing and my view from the room was of the freeway. The shower and tub were a little drippy.

The receptionists were very friendly and accommodating. I had run out of toothpaste and they were quick to offer a small pack with mouthwash. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I ate a quick meal in the restaurant. The food was fine. The bartender/waiter was exceptional, very friendly and attentive.

The location doesn’t have a jacuzzi and the bed was on a platform that was very squeaky. There’s a fireplace adjacent to the pool that we were unable to turn on. The bathroom inside the room is small.

We liked the size of the room, the bar and restaurant food was great. The AC works great sound keeps the any noise from the highway down

They could tell you that breakfast was not free. I usually stay at Hampton Inn, and the breakfasts are free, so when presented with a check, I was quite surprised. The food was not that good.

they ask me for deposit 50$ which i cant find it till now back to my account she said to me within 3days and 2nd thing when i booked the room form booking.com they didn’t mention anything about deposit in the hotel they should mention that for the guest i dont want to get surprised when am there why 50$

Hotel and room were very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. It's close enough to downtown L.A. without paying L.A. prices. We attended a concert near the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, and it was about a 20-25 minute Uber/Lyft ride to and from the concert. All the staff was excellent, from the front desk to the wait/bar staff to the morning breakfast buffet. Great job! Scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, toast or bagel, some fresh fruit, coffee, O.J. or apple juice, very satisfying to start your day.

The front desk staff were rude and not helpful. Had to request a shower chair 3 times. Last day of our stay (a mistake on my part) we were locked out . After paying a walk in rate to rejoin our belongings, we were given keys that did not work. Very unpleasant way to end a difficult week.

The elevator is very noisy. It makes a deep humming sound when it’s in motion which carries into some of the rooms. If you’re a light sleeper ask for a room further away from the elevator.

The staff were really friendly and switched on. They let us change rooms because of the noisy elevator and were generally helpful throughout our stay. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were way larger than I thought they’d be, and very clean. The location was excellent for our needs (we had a car). It was about a 20-30min drive from everywhere we wanted to go which was perfect.

Nights were a bit noisy since windows are kind of thin and hotel is next to a road. Bed was a bit short if you are taller then 185cm. Parking should be explained a bit better. I was expecting a remote parking lot to park based on the description but it was very convenient.

Hotel is in a convenient location in LA. Parking is easy but costly (27 USD per night). Room has a good size.

They didn't provide room service but they did provide alternative options, for example, Uber eats. They only provided half a roll of toilet paper, so we had to request more, and the room didn't provide a lot of lighting. The lighting was moody which can be aesthetically pleasing but our group preferred more lighting options.

Great service, nice location (the Westfield mall is right across from the hotel & Sofi stadium is 13 min from the hotel), and comfy beds.
