I didn’t like that the pool closed at 8, the room was hot! The A/c is set to 68 can’t bring lower! The restaurant closed too early!!

The restaurant staff exhibited a lack of friendliness and customer service, which was a significant disappointment. The absence of a washer and dryer was an inconvenience. I was able to relocate to a neighboring hotel, but it only accepted quarters, and neither that hotel nor the Radisson had such facilities. This situation was highly inconvenient. Additionally, the bartender stationed by the pool failed to engage in any conversation with me and instead spent time discussing her dissatisfaction with her job with the security guard. This behavior was highly unprofessional.

It The hotel was situated near the beach. The maid who cleaned our room provided exceptional service every day, and the room was well-appointed.

The beach was a little bit dirty, and we unfortunately came when the algae started to blossom, so all water had algae everywhere near the shore

Honestly it was great. I didt go to the pool but it looked nice. I couldnt find the exit to the pool very well so that could be improved. Housekeeping showed up at like 2pm which wasnt great as I was back in my room. Could have been cleaned earlier so my room never got refreshed.

I received a great beachfront and poolfront room. I arrived late so I was expecting a room with a bad view and was pleasantly surprised. On my last day out, Pamela (I hope that's her name) went and got me a bandaid as I had hurt myself ,and the gift shop wasn't open yet. Valet folks were amazing and courteous.

It was really bad that some hotel guests coming from the beach preferred to clean their sandy feet in the side of the pool where children were swimming and the hotel staff did not notice this.

It was great to be able to walk from the pool to the beach in just a few steps. When booking the hotel, it was listed as very close to the beach, but I didn't realize it would be this close. It was nice to be able to go to the beach with the kids and then quickly get back.

My flight was cancelled so I needed to extend my stay for one night and that process was frustrating. I could see via booking.com there was a similar room type available, but thought easier to ask at reception directly and see if I could also stay in current room. After 20 mins of repeating my situation they told me there were only more expensive rooms available and online was clearly not updated. I said ok let’s go with that then, only to be told they couldn’t actually book it and directed me to book online anyway (where the original room type was still available)...

Location was great, and the private entry to the beach with beach towels and loungers included was wonderful. The pool area was lovely and you could get some nice food & drinks there quickly and easily. Room was bright, clean and spacious.

The parking was kind of a lose lose situation because somehow self parking was going to cost more than valet..? So of course we picked valet for the Miami vibes but I prefer having unlimited access to my car so I regretted it a bit lol

AC in room was not good. The FAN in AC was not able to set to ON and in the night room temperature increases due to this

There are far fewer eating options than South Beach but that's an ironic consequence of choosing a quieter place than South Beach. The Soho Beach Club next door had thumping music from midday till 2am on a couple of days. Very loud in our room and by the pool. The hotel moved us to a quieter room.

We had an Oceanfront room with a great view of the ocean and beach. Decent pool and lounges/umbrellas provided at the beach. The restaurant was good, and there were a modest number of food options nearby. Good/fast lifts.

The shower pressure wasn’t great, but that’s my only complaint

It was basic but a great hotel to explore the city. Very clean, good facilities in the room, very spacious. The pool was clean and comfortable, extremely good value for money.

The room facilities need some upgrade.

The location-right on the strip with easy access to the beach and our beach chairs and umbrellas. And on the other side, not too far from the CVS. There was also a store in the hotel which was useful for some tit bits. The pool large and nice. The meals were nice and there were lots of options with generous portions. Most of the staff were friendly. Especially the restaurant and bar staff.

Very noisy guests in room above and next-door. Some of the other vacationers seem to be a little inconsiderate.

One of the elevators was broken every day we were there (4 days) Wifi was out for an entire night. Towel/Beach/chair service should extend their hours past 4:30 or 5. Parking is too expensive (and I'm from NYC)
